We both had the eggs benedict, they were really good. The young girl that works there pretty much knows how to run that Cafe and is very sweet.

Nice coffee, friendly staff and as it's inside the airport a great medern atmosphere. Quick service with a smile and plant of choises from the menu or counter. Prices are reasonable for the location.

Amazing service and friendly staff. Theres usually a wait at the cafe because their busy and the only place to buy food at New Plymouth airport. Story time: Last week our flight was around 9pm and the cafe was close which was fine because we brought food and the lady at the cafe seen us sitting and eating at the depature lounge and she let us sit at the table knowingly that she was pretty much done for the day. She still offered to seat us at a table and cleaned up after us even though we didn't buy any food from the cafe. Was a lovely gesture and now we've been buying our coffees from there. This photo is of my coffee currently!

Great cafe at the airport, bacon and egg butties are huge. Staff are super friendly and so helpful. Coffee- perfect! Oh and no need to ask for tomato sauce - it comes with it. Awesome.

Very disappointing..I respect that hospitality businesses are short staffed at present but 2 out of 3 drinks we ordered were wrong & the milkshakes were a horrid mix of slightly frothy WARM milk with sugar…😝..I work in this industry & SORRY but a certain standard must be maintained even in the face of adversity..I mean it was only 3 drinks they had to make for us..🫤

Fantastic little café! Despite the early morning, the staff were super friendly and the coffee/food was A-grade. Will definitely be back!

Airspresso New Plymouth is a really delicious cafe! Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a good wee spot down at the New Plymouth airport. Humble and clean. Have had a couple of coffees arriving and departing from New Plymouth. Highly recommend 🤗

Barista did not put the lid on my keep cup properly and it spilled all over my hand.

I had the most delicious ( and expensive ) custard square I have had in all my days. Good service. But it's a tricky to navigate to your seat especially if you or the other customers have luggage ( it is in an airport after all ).

High level of customer service. It's a world away from big city airports and much the better for it. You feel like you being treated as a person not a pushed through a production line. The eggs bene has faults. Serving it on two massive deep fried potato balls is just dumb; however, the eggs were perfectly cooked. The hollandaise sauce is too thin and the bacon no where near crisp. No matter, I enjoyed this feed.

If i could rate lower than 1 i would. Everything on my plate was terrible this is by far the worst dine out experience i have ever had and i would not recommend this place to anyone. The problem being is it is the only place to eat at the new plymouth airport so they will always have customers.
We had 3 at our table 2 ordered the big breakfast for around $22 ea and 1 ordered the eggs benne for $19 we all had reasonable expectations at that price who wouldnt? All 3 came out at the same time 10 minutes after ordering as it wasnt very busy, the two big breakfasts consisted of 2 small pieces of ciabatta a reasonable amount of bacon (it was cold), two half tomatos (cold & underdone) two large rostis (bought in and deep fryed cant go wrong there) 2 portabello mushrooms way overdone (but also cold) and the two worst excuses for poached eggs ive ever seen they were hard boiled!
The benne sat on two rostis with cold bacon along with the what seemed customary hard boiled poached eggs ontop. The hollandaise that coated the benne looked like a gluey custard substance and tasted much the same.
This is not the 1st time ive been to airspresso i have been many times before it has never been anything better than below average but never ever has it been as bad as it was today. The waitress didnt even ask if everything was ok when she cleared the table of 3 not even half eaten meals she just said are you finished grabbed our plates and walked off.
Ill eat elsewhere before going out there nextime

**Update**
Had been there again for Breakfast.
Orders:
Egg Toast
Cinnamon Bread with Almonds.
(There were more but forgot to take pictures)

For breakfast the prices were a bit on the higher side but taste wise both of them tasted good ,a wonderful breakfast experience.
Paid a visit to this Cafe
Nice ambience, average crowd, clean interiors.
Orders:
Orange and Lemon cake
Chicken Fried Rice

Both of them tasted decently well. Not too good but not bad either. Service type and speed was moderate.
The Orange & Lemon cake was Yum!
The chunks of chicken in the rice was well cooked and fried. The rice had a good texture with proper blend of spices, which just intoxicated the tastebuds with its dominance.

Very expensive I paid $33.70 on the 24th April for 2 milk shakes a lemon tart and a bowl of fries that were shoestring fries not the beer battered fries you use to get and they didn't tell you that they had changed. The food wasn't that nice the fries were fatty and yucky. will not be going back and will not be recommending them to anyone if your flying out or into New Plymouth get food from somewhere else

Bitterly disappointing. It took about 15 min for the coffee, and We waited 40 minutes for our food! We actually watched the plane we were here to catch fly in as they served us. Some scrambled eggs & cabinet food - so not a complex order. It was fairly quiet too. Once the food arrived it was not amazing - but ok. Coffee was passable but not amazing, though they did miss something on an order (we didn't mention as we really didn't have the time) we wolfed it down in a rush so not to miss the flight.
My suggestion is if you have plane to catch, make some alternate eating arrangements.
