I recently visited Robert Harris Cafe, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I entered, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Inside the mall, I can tell the cafe is with some history and must be famous. Open at 10am, by the time it's already a queue at the door. Very classic kiwi style cafe, situated on the upper floor get a decent view from the window. Spending my last couple of hours in town before I flew back to Auckland. I love it, and will be back again.

Whenever we visit New Plymouth, we always enjoy a cup of coffee here. My wife likes her coffee and the view Robert Harris provides when you sit along the glass wall. The service is very prompt. On a sunny day, the view of the Tasman sea is awesome. The place is clean and the toilets are just outside of your right when you face Robert Harris.

She remembers our orders every time & gives us a lovely smile. It means a lot to us. Excellent personal relations skills. It makes us want to keep coming back. We come here often 1 to 3 times a week. Yummy salmon roulade & perfect coffee. Hard to beat. We wish we can have them everywhere we go as we travel a lot. No place like Robert Harris New Plymouth. Thank you Stella & thank you team.

Enjoyed having a meal at this place. Fresh and appetizing with great outlook. Can't fault the service with a smile and of course refreshing coffee.

Came here for brunch today for the eggs Bene. 10/10 for quality, value and services. Eggs were perfect and it looked stunning. The lady making coffees was observant and prompted the order taker to grab our son a takeaway cup for his half finished smoothie without us having to ask which we appreciate. Will definitely see us again :)

Another VERY enjoyable hour relaxing in warm sun at the window looking out to the walkway and the ocean.

It’s the second time to this lovely cafe for lunch. Both the food and service never fail to amaze me. Highly recommended!
