Review Mcdonald's - Oamaru

McDonalds has a reasonably quick service for fast food. The chicken burger is great, the fries not too salty. However, the cheeseburger is beyond oversalted. Tables are kept pretty clean.

This McDonald's is particularly fast and convenient. Food quality is decent, although the chips sometimes taste like they've been sitting a while in the warmer.

I never rate McDonalds high perhaps it's because I'm old fashioned..but I must say our time here was great, there were massive holdups on the roads due to long weekend and an accident but the young staff were on the ball , were well mannered and eager to please I will be coming back

I generally despise McD's but as a blue moon treat for the kids we stopped in Oamaru and for the first time I was actually impressed the meals were delicious didn't have that cardboard taste and it was presented nicely like with some thought not like other McD's where it does taste like cardboard and it's thrown together in the box and you open to a mess! So well done to the Saturday night crew at Oamaru McD's!!

Was the best burger I've had at McDonald's in ages. Staff polite. Building very clean.

It was good fast and they told me that I could get a frozen coke instead of a frozen blueberry which was good

The store was very clean with friendly staff. It was the best Macdonald's we have been to while travelling around New Zealand. But there information board/TV is wrong with what date the first Macdonald's opened in Melbourne it was 1973 not 1993

Probably one of the better McDonalds in the South Island. They are not scared to provide napkins, salt or pepper as most seem to be

My big Mac was cold and the fries as well. My wife took the fries back and they were surprised that it wasn't hot. The problem was they had the aircon on full blast in the middle of winter. Overall it was disappointing. Different staff there yesterday so maybe that has something to do with.

Took my grand daughter, don't go often. What we ordered was fine, the wrap was very nice. Service was quick, staff were friendly.

Excellent service and brilliant coffee beautifully made. Would definitely stop for coffee again . Also on way home we stopped again and there food was hot and fresh. The burger was all in one piece for a change was a lovely surprise. Honestly one of the only times I've ever had maccas that wasn't all falling out the buns. Excellent job Oamaru keep up the great work.
