Can only comment on the coffee as that's all we had. It was a necessary break stop on the way back to Christchurch Airport & have to say the flat white was surprisingly good for a self serve road stop eatery. After coffee we enjoyed browsing the adjoining gift shop. Great choice for a rest stop.
Good to see they had some non-cow pies. I was really hungry and craving a pie so I coughed up $9 for a chicken and mushroom pie. For that price, the most expensive hot pie I have ever purchased, and I would expect it to be the greatest pie I have ever eaten, even better than the $6.50 amazing Fairli

Stopped by for lunch and found the space in doors to be open and spacious. Lunch was a mix of cabinet food with a limited menu selection. The retail area is good with a great selection.
Worthwhile stopping to have a look.
Wonderful shop to browse and buy some gifts and thing for yourself. I thought the prices were reasonable. There is a cafe here where you can get yummy things to eat. I thought I had taken more pictures here to show off the shop. Bargin prices on t-shirts from kids through to adults.

A small place for a quick stop throughout your journey. They offer food, drinks and coffee, as well as a large selection of souvenirs and wool garments.
We stopped to buy coffee and that was the best choice. The coffee was amazing.

Had the Salmon Benedict and was amazed by the presentation and amount. Great value for money. Friendly and welcoming staff at a busy time.
Stopped for a coffee and cake. Service was excellent and so was the coffee and freshly made scone. Recommend a stop if you are driving by and need a break.
Had lunch here. Nice food ,very friendly helpful staff and scrupulously clean. Very happy to recommend 👌
