It's alright but the toppings seem to be getting less and less! Even for the gourmet pizzas!

I received top notch customer service from the team at Domino's Onehunga. After having issues with online ordering (order was not processed but my card was charged), I struggled to get in touch with their corporate/ head office team to resolve the matter. I spoke over the phone with the local store manager who then offered to send my order through which was delivered on a timely basis.

Polite delivery driver, apologised for the wait and explained its a busy night. Food was all correct and tasted super good. I’m happy.

Even though they had like 3 orders with around 10 pizzas each, they tried their best to make our order ASAP with good standards. They offered a free drink for the inconvenience, good customer service 👌

Ordered Mini BBQ Meatlovers pizza. They didn't skim out on toppings. Delicious as well. Good experience overall.

Shout to Ian for being so patient after my card wasn't working and I had to run around the house looking for cash. Food was hot and delicious too.

Pizzas were ready on arrival when we ordered online. The pizzas were still piping hot when we got home. <br/><br/>Decent amount of topping and sauce.

The staff are nice and friendly, but the food takes too long! My pizzas were sitting in the cold and the workers didn’t even package them! I had to wait and wait for 30 mins until I finally got my pizza, and it didn’t even taste good!

Firstly, let me say that the staff are always lovely when I'm there. Extremely polite and accomodating. Just wish their working conditions were vastly different. They're always under huge amounts of pressure with too few staff on duty and have no air conditioner. Just fans that circulate the poorly ventilated confined space. It feels like a sauna in the shop and I sincerely hope that it will be addressed by higher up management. Super impressed with the work ethic this team has. You guys are fantastic!

Ordered kumara fires got the normal potato fries instead, ordered two garlic bread only got one😐hope they could be more careful with the orders.

Usually have a bad experience with dominos pizza however have yet to have a bad experience with this branch. Pizza always arrives on time, and hot. Very enjoyable

This was our first time ordering form this outlet, and it will be our last. My order was sitting there for so long after it was 'ready' that my name had disappeared from the order collection screen by the time the staff bothered to locate it, despite my asking after it twice. They then proceeded to tell me there were no fried left, and had replaced them with wedges - no "Is that okay?" or "Here's a free sauce to make up for it", just told me it had been substituted. When I called the employee up on their poor service in that regard, he simply said "Thank you" and moved on to the next customer. The final straw was when I arrived home to find there were toppings missing from the pizza. They were busy, but that is just poor customer service all round.

Our order took 15 minutes longer than expected to be delivered, fries arrived cold and soggy, pizzas weren't cut properly and there was a blonde hair in the crust of one of the pizzas 😕 we won't be rushing back

Pizzas are always mixed coming from here , quality control is a big issue. Garlic bread is always soggy but orders are done fast and on time.

Ok.. so all the marketing strategies worked on me and decided to give this whole 'track your order' and 'tell us how you are travelling/delivery and we cook to order'. <br/><br/>We have ordered 3 times in the past few weeks and absolutely Dominoes delivered (literally). Pizzas were exactly on time or early, hot, and a good number of toppings. I would totally pick these guys over Pizza Hut for your mainstream chain pizza any day. Give them a go.

Okay so we thought lets try Onehunga branch, what a mistake. we ordered a few different pizzas, the jalapeno & salami one had only 2 pieces of salami and whole lot of jalapenos. Ripped of big time! the meats are shaven so thin and obviously these owners are trying to cut costs back, terrible quality. you need to up your game your giving Domino's nz such a bad name!!!!

Ordered a few times from these guys.<br/><br/>Pizza is not great and there was once i ordered a few pizzas and they missed one of my pizza so end up i have to wait another 15 minutes for that pizza while all the other pizza/food I ordered were already made and just sitting there waiting. no apologize or anything from he staff too.<br/><br/>Ordered fries twice, every time they taste like some leftover from yesterday and reheat in microwave. yes the worst fries ever.<br/><br/>I rather get pizzas from Pizzahut at least the food is always hot and fresh and they never screw up my order.

These guys have gone right down. Cheap yes but also cheap on quality and hardly any ingredients on top of the pizzas. A waste of time and money. Advertising hype... that's all it is! Their pizza's are rubbish! If only they put as much topping as their posters advertise.

Worst store in Town. They don't know the difference between Vegetarian and Meat Pizza. The Vegorama Pizza was made with beef &amp; ham toppings. Have complained umpteen times to Store, 0800 number (which goes to Australia) and Head Office but no action taken.<br/>Will never order from this store.
