Probably the best sandwich I had on the northland! Delicious!!! 14 bucks isn’t cheap, but totally worth it. The apple crumble muffin is also a must-have... Great place to take a rest. The music also fits the atmosphere pretty well and the staff is super friendly!

Lovely cafe serving hot and cold drinks as well as snacks suck as toasted sandwiches. Good value for monkey, friendly service and you can pay using a debit card which is handy if you always forget to carry cash!

Make sure you get a coffee. The owner is is super friendly and passionate about his coffee. The coffee was perfect and delicious. My kids got an ice cream which was massive. My wife also got talking to the owner about the natural traditional healing creams they have. We brought both and have found them to be extremely affective for sore muscles...it works like magic. We will be sure to visit next time we are in the area.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who served us what my 9 year old daughter described as 'the best cream ever'. A great refresher after you have visited the nearby Big Tree, with lots to choose from, Coffees, Smoothies, Ice Creams and foods. Well worth a visit!

It doesn't size up to the flavor it offers. Had the best bagel BLT of my life here. If you come across this cafe give it a shot! The worker behind the counter is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about any questions you may have. Will stop by again someday!

Lovely place for a relaxing coffee. It still exists I assure you. Its located behind the black building on the grass.

It’s a coffee hut on wheels, but what a flavor packed punch. The quiche was the perfect snack size, and piping hot. Excellent flat white coffee. The shop has post cards, local artists paintings, photography and Jewlery for sale. The prize here is the owner who is a wealth of knowledge and lore. He not only took the time to chat with us, but really seemed to enjoy talking with customers. His passion, native pride and reverence for the Tane Mahuta tree and the kauri forest was inspiring.

Amazing service! I had an international card and no other form of payment, and they gave me my order for free!! Also an amazing cup of coffee. Definitely recommend if youre in the area.

Took the family to view Tane Mahuta the other day...It was cold and wet but a great visit...the Best thing was being able to have a fantastic hot coffee at the new mobile Tane Cafe ...What a great idea....have been a few times before but this was the best...friendly couple and great to chat to....I hope that everyone that visits Tane Mahuta goes across the road and buys a coffee or tea (a big range of teas] and helps to support this new cafe..Thankyou guys...it was very good...

A BRILLIANT Carmel latte �. It was great to chat to you guys while Arlo made the best coffe and who would have thought you can get a coffee after seeing Tane Mahuta. Thank you guys so much. So people's when you vist the Tane Mahuta grab a great coffee and some Kai and talk to the friendly staff.
