The banana choc toast was delicious, but the ice chai latte was too sweet and too much milk.

Absolutely loved the berry skin glow bowl which I paired with a banana protein shake. Delicious, nourishing, and great for the skin! With fresh berries, creamy yoghurt, PB and crunch granola it really is the perfect symphony of flavour. Enjoy! Hamish Dorrington Kakapo Business Sales

My favourite smoothie bowl place! Amazing range of smoothie bowls. My favourite is the Sweetie Pie with extra peanut butter :) Also love that they do $3 coffees on Wednesdays and love trying their new "Bowl of the month" each time it comes out! Highly recommend!

The new menu of smoothie bowls are even better than the old menu! Super yummy, heathy and great coffee.

The smoothies are all delicious (love the new Wake Up in particular) but the service is abysmally slow: good things take time sure, but the fastest I've ever had my smoothie made is in 15 minutes, though it's consistently around the 20 minutes mark usually. Frustrating.

The food is nice but really expensive. Need more staff on in the weekends. Took ages to get served then It was a 20 minute wait. There were heaps of other people waiting too. The staff were apologetic and looked stress. Stop being so tight and roster more people on! @hannah -just to be super clear. Your staff provided great service they were just too busy. You need more people rostered on.

I usually order the soul mate smoothie bowl and the overnight oats which both are really good! Just wish the prices weren’t so high?

Bowl & Arrow is a lovely little smoothie bowl bar with two locations in Auckland's central suburbs. I am addicted to their Soulmate bowl, but all of their flavours are rich, creamy and fruity with lots of crunchy and tasty muesli on top from Blue Frog. Their portions are good but perhaps a little more than I would be willing to pay as someone on a student's budget - I can see why their stores are in Orakei Village and Parnell! I love how they have cards that add up to a discount available, with seasonal specials occasionally so us smoothie bowl lovers can get our fix at a more affordable rate! I often have difficulty eating their fresh fruit on top of the smoothies as they are left with rinds on - I feel that aesthetics have been favoured over practicality in this instance, but it has left them with a stunning Instagram account. As a suggestion, I would love if they could introduce non-takeaway bowls and smoothies at this branch in addition to Parnell in order to save on packaging and waste as the little booth has enough seating for it. Overall, tasty, healthy, but to be honest a little too out of my budget.

The smoothie bowl of the month is always exciting. There are a few tables and chairs opposite the counter but this is really somewhere to stop in, eat something healthy and go. The Silky Otter cinema round the corner is also worth a look in!
