Review Luna Bakehouse - Orakei

Needed place in Glen Innes. The pastries are quite expensive ($8.50 for chocolate almond croissant). However they are large and feels like a good quality. Overall they are quite dry, dense and not as much buttery. Kokako coffee on the grinder. The staff could be a bit more welcoming

Really enjoyed the mango croissant pastry and the Whittaker's hot chocolate. The Danish pastries are very authentic here.

I drive past here regularly and had heard a lot of good things, but that didn't prepare me for how delicious everything looked! It was difficult to make a decision so clearly I will need to come back. I ended up getting a matcha and white chocolate cookie (which was heated up for me). The staff were very friendly and gave us some nice recommendations.

I got the chance to pop into Luna bake house and let me say it did not disappoint, from the coffee to the Pastry’s everything was perfect. The staff were also amazing very friendly and great with recommendations. Can’t wait to go back to this hidden gem.

We've just been to Luna Bakehouse in GI, top of Taniwha St next to the train station. Holy moly, I can't recommend this place enough. The selection of pastries is mouthwatering. I had a chocolate almond croissant and my partner the plain croissants (he demolished two). It tasted like sunshine in my mouth and I did not want it to end. The staff were awesome too. We'll definitely be back and if you're into French pastries I recommend you get your face there too!

Such a mouth watering display cabinet! Matcha almond croissant was devine. Ube cruffin was absolutely delicious and service was on point. I'll be back again and again and I really hope they start selling the ube frappe!!

Have driven past this place so many times and decided to try. I didn't know what to expect but it was phenomenal I had a croissant and coffee from here. The croissant was an amazing combination of just the right amount of buttery, crunchy and fluffy, it was so good. Coffee was really great & I found the people super friendly. Will be back.

Amazing Butter Chicken sauce and Halloumi Cheese Danish! Le Supreme Banoffee was fine but a little stale, and had hardly any filling. I wouldn’t buy the Le Supreme Banoffee again for $12. Average customer service. Strong coffee which was great. Definitely going back for more savoury options!

I love this place! The croffins are soooo good and there's quite a bit of variety in terms of flavours! The prices have gone up quite steeply in the last 3 months though, but it is worth it for some good pastries

Delicious Le Supreme(Pistachio And Strawberry)! Cruffins and croissant was amazing! Staff is amazing and helpful too. Have been there quite often and never disappointed. Delicious iced mocha and coffee too. Butter chicken and halloumi croissant yummy too!

Such a gem! Delicious coffee and just the right temperature - not burning hot, nor lukewarm - such a rarity. Huge selection of pastries. Wonderful staff - so polite and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable ❤️

Good little bakehouse serving a variety of pastries like croissants, muffins, croffins, etc. We bought some croissants and croffins together with coffee and all were pretty good. The quality of service was also very good and the lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Great option for morning or afternoon tea.

Great customer service and range in the cabinet. I popped in for an afternoon snack and left happy and full. Service was quick and friendly. Nice& relaxing vibe and enjoyed a peaceful coffee and croissant ☺️👍🏾

Really delicious food and coffee and the staff are incredibly friendly and warm. Even brought out water for the dog on a hot day. Highly recommend
