Fantastic spot, great ambience, attentive and quick service. Food was really good, a must try if you're in Orewa. Will be back when it's sunny outside to take in the great views and local scene.

Great atmosphere. Awesome food with generous portion sizes. Excellent staff who were very attentive, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Great food. The GF pizza was great The alcoholic slushies were amazing Lovely views across the road to the beach. Good atmosphere and has a big screen tv that was showing the Sail GP. Was understaffed. No cold water due to none of the glasses being washed due to only 1- 2 people on the bar.

Late night beer and burger before they closed the food orders for the night. First time, good vibes and busier than expected for a Monday night.

Shoreward is a beautiful spot right on the beachfront, seating with reserve and ocean views outside and the menu had plenty of options to suit all. Kids menu is awesome too, they have a fruit, cheese & vege platter option which is rare for kid menus! They also have awesome frozen drink options with Frosè, spiced rum and pineapple and sour berry (my favourite!) The Owner allowed us to sample all without us having to ask which was kind! Service was absolutely lovely... all doors were held open for us including the bathroom! Very happy with our choice!!! Thank you guys!! Will be back soon!!

Beautiful food, it took a while for the food to arrive but it was a busy weekend. Definitely worth the wait.

Delicious chicken salad and a generous serving. And the fries are pretty good too! Great staff... friendly.

BossBurger - Burger Bliss! Oi, all you burger fanatics out there! I've been on the hunt for the ultimate burger joint in Auckland, and I've found pure bliss at BossBurger. These legends know how to create a burger that will blow your mind. Let me share my favorites: the "Double Standard" will give your taste buds an explosion of flavor like no other, while the "Black Label" serves up the most tender and juicy beef I've ever seen in a burger. The vibes at BossBurger are spot on, and the staff is as friendly as it gets. Plus, you won't have to empty your wallet for a taste of burger perfection. So, if you're a true burger lover like me, don't miss out on BossBurger. Trust me, it's pure burger bliss.

Pricy for pub grub, but food was perfectly acceptable. One of the few places in Orewa that gets a view of the water.

Good hearty food and friendly service. The place is nicely furnished and open to the beach across the road.

Nice & relaxed. Tasty food. Will be packed in Summer. There is a view through to the beach. Beach is only a short walk. Sunny in the morning.

They have stopped doing their great breakfasts and coffee it was the best brekky around.

Good service, Calamari was good but lacked flavour. Scallops were cooked well although the bacon was soft and could have been more caramelized. I'd go back for dinner to see what else is on the menu 😊

One of our favorite spots in Orewa. The sticky chicken starter is beyond delicious, we order it every time we're there. I'd love it if they'd add it as a main with some rice! The Meatlovers Pizza was probably the best pizza I've ever had, even reheated 3 days later, it was better than most other pizzas I've ordered anywhere. The meats were super quality and so tasty. Lastly, we highly recommend the Loaded Fries. Lots of people whinge about the lack of coffee/tea service in the afternoon/evening. We don't drink either so doesn't matter to us, but I will say their soft drinks are nasty. Flat post-mix that doesn't taste at all like Coke, must be using some knockoff mix. I wish they'd just serve bottles/cans of Coke products, would be much happier.
