Review Mcdonald's - Otahuhu

The host were amazing what an awesome venue.. Gin class were so much fun will be visiting again for sure

I had ordered at front counter and their was a short beautiful brown young girl who took my order i was able to get her name off her name tag sieli. She had good customer service, very polite & patient with me well i was ordering, she managed to give me some recommendations on what to order when i had asked, thank you very much otahuhu staff for your service food was nice and definitely will be back

Ordered some breakfast for my neice and I. I'm leaving a review because the service today was amazing. She was so polite and smiled. Fast food service now days is hard and fast then next. So to the young lady that served us this morning. You made my morning. 5/5, Food- brekkie burger was dry, and the coffee was to strong. Neice loved her hotcakes.

Fantastic service Breakfast time was finished, however I was running late and did phone order, for pancake, the staff went the extra mile and had it prepared and put aside for me. Thank-you for great service

Clean and excellent service. Awesome barista at McCafe Local icon and places reflects in the interior which makes it otahuhu own. Spacious outdoor dining area, warm and breezy There's a small conference room. The only down side playground too small.

Service through the drive_thru was friendly and quick. There was no wait for the meals and the fries were hot. The burger was delicious and drinks were cold. The staff were super friendly. Great customer service!

Friendly service. Bit of a wait but not too long. However burgers are always good and hot bt fries are always lukewarm. And having to wait for a fresh hot batch takes too long. GIVE HOT FOOD Maccas

Mcds is always good for breakfast except when your cappuccino DOESNT taste or looks like a cappuccino, im sorry but that lady didnt know how to make cappuccino, tasted like reused grinded beans, all water and hardly any froth. I prefer to make my own at home with my coffee machine. J make better.. thts all.

From what I had seen, it was pretty good. I only popped in to use the toilet. The toilets were very clean nd tidy!!

I came in yesterday to get a breakfast combo. Service was average.<br/><br/>I ordered a pancake combo with the option of a reg. mocha from Mc cafe. Fortunately the mocha was really good! <br/><br/>However I’m disappointed that I should’ve checked the box before I left the store. During my tea break I opened up my hot cakes box only to find 2 hot cakes (with one pancake missing) obviously This is annoying and there is no sign of my hash brown which is just even more of a let down 🤦🏾‍♀️ . At that point I couldn’t even go back to Maccas to get a refund due to work. <br/><br/>It really sucks how you give these staff your order and you pay full amount, they make you wait 10 mins for the order to arrive Yet when it finally arrives you leave the store only to be given half your order with the rest of it missing.

Haven’t come to this mc Donald’s in a long time. Ordered a frozen coke, strawberry Sunday and the last chocolate pie of the day. Service was fine at the time but when I got home and took the chocolate pie out the bag 3 ants crawled out! Totally disgusted had to chuck it away. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.

i think they hired retards in that vicinity the manager being the biggest an rarest of them all, 9/10 they always stuff your order up due to them rushing an speaking over you at the intercom not to mention how utterly pathetic their attitudes are after you have been waiting in the drive thru car park for nearly 20min waiting for a flat white which also tasted horrible... 6 cars had parked up an left with their order before me. I don't think they even deserve one star maybe a lil triangle off the star at best.

Terrible service, cashier told me to wait 5 times because she couldn’t keep up with my pace which was extremely slow. They forgot drinks and food in my families order. The playground smelt bad. The staff were unorganised and very loud and obnoxious. As soon as we came in the store a young female staff member ran across the restaurant saying “SIS! can you take this outside to my car it’s this Indian!, shot sis” and to me that is disgusting, she could have had some subtlety. Also when I confronted one of the staff about things being missing in my meal both staff members that helped me were rude. If you ask me this McDonald’s either needs new staff or just needs to be shut down.

McDonalds has shit food. Their playground for the kids stinks and I hate how for nearly all the mcdonalds the burgers and fries are never hot it's always this bacteria luke warm kind of food. Today will be the last day we go to any McDonalds for a big feed. For a frozen coke and an ice cream and their pancakes maybe cos my daughter loves them yeah anything else...HELL NO. Service at Otahuhu I have been served from a 0 where we have had arguments with staff to a 10 where they have been fast. I guess they need to be consistent in their staffing. Other than that McDonalds sucks.

Saaaaad they forgot the onions and pickle in my cheeseburger order. They were steamed bun so should go in a box but they wrapped them in paper which means that my cheeseburger buns all stuck to the wrappers and endes up 'skinned'. Still yum cos cheese meat and bread, but not loving it without onions and pickle.

The absolute worst McDonald's of all time. I never write reviews, because I usually can't be bothered. Do not ever go to this McDonald's if you value yourself. They forget fries when you order a combo consistently, its not a one off. What person with a decent IQ can screw up that age old combination. Umm burger... check....fries....check.....drink. Give me the numerous fries you have missed out in my orders. It's like they purposely do it to save a buck it happens so frequently. Not only are the staff incompetent they are rude, when you check your order, and it's wrong (as certain as tax and death) they seem annoyed, like its not their job to assemble the food you paid for, and get it right. Don't risk your sanity avoid this place like the plague.

Our local for 3am maccas runs.<br/>They often forget items that you've paid for and we end up driving back. It pays to check your order before you drive off.<br/>There's also always dodgy people hanging out in the drive through hassling the people waiting for money.. Sort your security out guys...

Came here today for the breakfast menu.. I specifically remember I got there lining up at 10.20am.. Waited for one car in front of me who was taking their time placing their order. As soon it was my turn, I ordered a bacon egg mc muffin but was told theres no breakfast menu at this time only lunch. I was still on time and asked if she could make one last order for me, i even asked her please nicely.. She told me to wait. As i waited cars piled up behind me. The worker came back and said no its only lunch menu at the moment. Not only was i gutted.. I had no choice but to order at least 1 lunch meal as i couldn't get out of the drive through. What made me frustrated was also that they displayed breakfast menus and told me it was lunch menu now. As soon as i arrived to the paying window. The lady looked at me like she didn't wanna serve me, she was not really friendly. Really rude with attitude. If you're having a bad day, don't put your frustration onto your customers. As I drove to the next window to collect my food. I drove off and pulled over to their parking lot.. To find that my food was cold. The bun tasted like it just came out of the fridge. The fries tasted like it came out of the frier to fast and it was left cold, and it didn't taste fully cooked. I am a regular customer here but i have never been disappointed at the service I have received today.

Always have bad experiences here time after time, from wrong order to a mess.I drive to another suburb just to buy Macdonalds. Which is sad.

Today I got my order wrong when I went through their drive-through. I asked for ONE TALL HOT CHOCOLATE, which is I think $4.90, When I went to pay I asked her what was my order she said ONE TALL HOT CHOCOLATE, After I paid I don't really look @ the receipt, but, after what happened with my order I will now look before driving on through to the next window. I waited for long thinking why? when it's just one tall hot chocolate, then the window open with 4 SMALL HOT CHOCOLATE, I checked the receipt and to my surprise they've charged me $18.00, I went back to get it right, argh
