A great family owned & operated business run by two genuinely lovely, hardworking and inspiring couple. Booked for a family dinner event at the restaurant over the weekend and the experience was excellent and they did not disappoint. The food was fresh, hot, plenty and very delicious. The Owners & Family/Team were very accommodating and delivered excellent service. I honestly highly recommend Eight Roses Cafe, Buffet & Catering services to all and will very easily book and dine in with them again. Get in behind, dine and support this great Pasefika business. Ordered 9 large trays for my son’s 5th birthday and they were worth every dollar! Everything was fresh/hot and so delicious. So many of our guests wanted to know who made this and that and of course they were all the 8 roses trays. We didn’t travel far so everything stayed hot until it was time to eat. Salads were all fresh and tasty! Thank you so much to the 8 roses team for preparing such beautiful food, made with love. Will definitely order again for our next event and highly recommend their services! ‘Ofa atu.

Where to start! A family owned business run by beautiful people. We held our mothers 60th BIRTHDAY here and from get go, we were accommodated by Eight Roses with the highest standards. The owners of this restaurant had PATIENCE OF PURE GOLD!! Despite last minute additional members to the party, the owners were still able to welcome our group with open arms. Food was devine. Choices for all age groups. We were able to connect to the restaurant bluetooth to play island music for our entertainment as we had the restaurant to ourselves. This family restaurant thoroughly deserves 5/5 star rating.

Had my mom's 60th Birthday there. Its nice for a small intimate celebration. The food was lovely and was fresh, unlike some places you can tell its been in the warmer for a long time. Oysters were nice and fresh! The service was amazing! They topped up everytime a dish was low. Thank you so much!

Our lunch was sooo good everything tasted amazing. The butter chicken was a standout and the mussels Soul food! The service was exceptional I'm already in the process of booking our next event for dinner. Thank you!!!!

Came here for the first time as it was a recommendation. Nice quaint spot. Did not expect the massive size portion for breakfast😁. Had eggs beni, and shared pancakes. beautifully done👌. Try out this place and support our little island businesses. 👍

My girl and I had brunch here today. OMG the portions are Poly styles..really worth the money. Staff their are friendly and nice. Will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend whanau/familia and friends...5 stars right here🤗🤗🤗🤩

For the price, I would expect a more decent dish. Way too oily/ greasy cooking with very basic spices. Not flavourful and relying on the taste of the meat.

I recently made a special trip here with high expectations, based on a friend's recommendation.<br/><br/>I got the lamb curry and I can honestly say I've never had anything like it. There was very little spice (not even a hint of cardamom or star anise) to it and I felt like I was almost eating pure ghee - the smell and texture was easily recognisable and it actually left my lips coated in grease that had to be washed off with hot water in the bathroom! Just for the record I have no problem with oily food (indeed from my favourite curry spots is so oily, it'll actually partly separate out before you get it home) but this was just ridiculous. There was no thin savoury liquid to soak into the rice and the overall serving was quite small. There was lots of smashed up bone and what meat there was, was very chewy and there was a lot of gristle. I had to add salt to it for some flavour - that's a first for a curry takeaway for me.<br/><br/>I *may* make one more try with another dish as I have found in the past that making an assumption on all the dishes based on one can be foolhardy, but that may not happen as, usually for me, once bitten, twice shy.

We tried the Jackfruit Curry and Okra Curry with the best Roti I’ve had out of the home. We had some Fried Cassava, Dalo and Spinach Bhajji. Was all delicious Fiji style cooking. Vegans friends go there you won’t leave unsatisfied. They do catering too. Lovely friendly people serving up good food 🙏

Food was great with excellant service. We ordered some take aways and was impressed with their eco friendly packaging and cutlery. Highly recommended if you are in the area or not 😀
