Loved this place. Tapas are yummy and not too pricey (around $25 each). The vibe is awesome and staff is cool and friendly. We had such a nice dinner there...will definitely go back again. The singer was very talented and made the experience even better. Recommended!

I had no idea what to choose so I let them drive me down a road of taste bud explosion
Day 1. Two Rascals. Yeah I understand tapas. Small all that. Tho I was full, the crispness was so perfect with the melt in your mouth meat.
Day 2. Yes I came back. 12 Hours Later, 3 sliders and I had slid into a food heaven. Again, tapas, was so fulling. The goat meat OMG, perfection.
Day 3. What can I say, if it's working for ya, keep it going...... Drunk in Tokyo. I actually struggled to eat it all, it was a massive portion- not complaining loved it.
All this 5 star food in the Far Far North, about time. Thank you for bringing the North to world standards.
And yes the Popcorn cocktails, with the hundreds I spend 😄

We had an awesome lunch at tipsy oyster. Ladies had the cocktails and the boys enjoyed 600ml beer on tap! Great service and the food was delicious. We had a number of dishes to share and loved every single one. Highly recommend.
We are here for the oysters and they didn't let us down. We ordered 12 mixed plate and it just tastes so good and we ordered one more. We love oysters with vinegar and fresh shucked! Also if you want to have some drinks try bloody Mary!
A must go to place if you are in Paihia, this place serves excellent food with an smile. Every dish is beautiful in and delicious, driving or walking pass it is always busy. The only downside is the price, but if money isn't an issue then this is the dinner place of choice. Fresh, succulent and flavourful, this place sure to make your stop worthwhile. The decor and food names is very unique with a very special vibe.
Very good tapas place. Food was yummy. The oyster sampler was divine. The atmosphere was perfect. The only downside was the wind kept knocking the side curtain. The loud bang every so often was very distracting.
Delicious oysters and amazing tacos. The service was quick. The other patrons however were extremely loud and drunk. Because it's a pub/live music place too, expect that it won't be the nicest atmosphere. But the food was very good.
Food was great and atmosphere was awesome. Music band was amazing. Amazing service. The chief showed so much passion we were amazed.
Came here for a few drinks after dinner and wished we had come here for dinner instead.

Food was creative & delicious. I especially liked the Curry Brothers dish. For the most part the service was good; the drinks were hit or miss. It was a lively outdoor atmosphere and we had a great time--so much so that we went twice!

Popped in on a Saturday night. The place was really jumping.
We each had a Wagyu burger plus my meal companion has an entre of mix-of-6-different types of oysters.
Burgers were basically steak burgers with strips of steak & coleslaw W/bacon & cheese.
Burgers were good altho I can't say they were the greatest I've ever had. Apparently the oysters were similar.
As someone who doesn't eat seafood, there was a reasonable range of things to eat. Obviously a place with oyster in the name features oysters which was kinda lost on me.
All in all a reasonable experience... Although I felt it was a little too tourist trappy for my taste.
Our food was so good. All tasted divine. Highly recommend. Live music was awesome too. Service was great.
