Really lovely staff, amazing food, great coffee and very clean (including toilets which are spotless). Highly recommend coming here if like me you want a spotless, clean and friendly place to grab a bite. They have a great view across to the square too. Will I be back? 100%

My brother takes me here everytime he visits. The clerks are always kind, coffees are worth much more than what you pay and the breakfast meals and lunches they have here are delicious. I love the classic and modern ish music they play, a mix of 80's up to early 2000's, and the frequency of hearing Queen is good. Love this Place, highly recommend.

Such a great cafe in Palmerston North downtown! Very nice coffee and drinks. They have yummy laksa food, I like it very much. Reasonable prices and good services, prefect for friends and family gatherings.

had brunch here with family. I had the lemon shrimp fettucine - it was fabulous!! one son had a great burger and the other had fruit pancakes, also very excellent. they all enjoyed the drinks and coffee and beer battered chips. We would recommend this cafe to anyone and are planning to come back in the new year.

Pretty good place so simple and affordable dining. My wife had the sweet chilli chicken on bread and I had the triple bacon with honey mustard on bread. Needless to say they were both fantastic and we finished our plates. Beer battered chips with Aeoili was also nice touch. All press coffee is usually not my favourite but in this case the barista made it work and was a good Latte. Will be definitely going back to try more of the menu.

Great coffee (All Press) and not noisy like a lot of palmy cafes. Haven't tried the food but the cabinet looks good and reasonably priced. Staff really nice and friendly, and quick I always get my takeaway coffee from here.

Came for breakfast and had the brioche french toast, it was OMG scrumptious, really enjoyed it and will be back for that, also try something else new. Great friendly service and nice little cafe.

This was probably the worst iced coffee I've ever had. When you pay that much for an iced drink, you can expect it to be thick and creamy and yummy, but this tasted like cold milk mixed with instant coffee powder, with some cream and a lump of ice cream on the top. Not even close to worth what I paid for it, and some other customers seemed to be having communication issues with the staff while I was there. Wouldn't go here again or recommend it to anyone

The best hot chocolates in town. The orange, chilli and the new mint hot chocolate are really worth a trip to this cafe. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I also reckon the nut, oats & chocolate slice is DELICIOUS!!!<br/><br/>Also, I wanted to impress upon any would-be customer that the BURGERS are AWESOME. I think they really take care to make their food fresh, well seasoned and the presentation is great for a cafe.

We have brunched here roughly every second week for over a year and have never been disappointed. The big breakfast is always cooked perfectly - the small things like standing the toast before plating it so the steam does not make the toast chewy is the kind of attention to detail you can expect. The coffee is of Wellington standard (which is hard to find in Palmy). The service is efficient and not pretentious at all for a central city cafe. As an added bonus; for the quality of the meals you get, the food is very fairly priced.

The best cafe in Palmy. WOW food, excellent service. What's good? Close your eyes and just point. Everything's totally yummy at Double Shotz. Woods offers REAL Coffee. Definitely a must-have in Palmy. Will make it a point to return when in Palmy again.

Definitely my favourite cafe in Palmy. Customer service is excellent. Everything is always clean and dirty dishes etc are cleared away quickly. Great food choices - my favourite meal is ATOMS (a kind of vege fry up) off the menu. Coffee is always great.

I go to Double Shotz often. Coffee is excellent and the food very tasty and good value. The owners make all the food themselves and have a really good variety in the cabinet that changes all the time. On Friday I had a Chicken Curry Crepe. Delicious!! Mushroom Nut Loaf - yummy! Bacon Savoury and a Mocha - my favourite.
