Lovely place for a coffee or drink. Staff are all attentive and kind, food was good value, excellent views. Will definitely be coming back for another coffee/drink. Be aware it gets extremely busy as it is such a big place but it's worth the wait.

My sister held her wedding there, we had a blast. The staff was veey helpful, understanding, accommodating and respectful. The food was great.

This is one of the best desserts I have ever had! Great finish to a lovely dinner.

Went to the Manawatu Golf Club to have the Legends Christmas Lunch. Very nice food, good service and a bunch of people to talk too at the do.

A 5 stars cafe! Super friendly people and very good atmosphere. We eat here just about every Sunday for 2 years now, never disappointed. It is better than lots of cafes we eat in Auckland and Wellington.

Excellent staff, especially Tom. Food beautifully presented and good value. Can recommend for a nice lunch venue. Pity there is no lift.

Haven't been for a long time, but had a lovely lunch today. Food great and staff lovely.

The staff and the surroundings were great but the meal was disappointing.

What a revelation this place is. If you want a calming environment there could be nothing better than the park like view of the golf course. Instant entertainment too, who would have thought the golfers have robotic golf bags that trundle by themselves from hole to hole. We are glad we booked as the place filled up rapidly after twelve. All 5 of us were impressed with the food and the pasta of the day, creamy bacon and mushroom was a standout. Our after lunch coffees were a little slow arriving but considering the crowd and our after lunch slices it was great to have a wee breather. On the whole we were impressed with the location and food. Service staff are outstanding. Meal prices are better than average and the food is delicious. At the entrance is a small dog area with a bowl of water for your dog. I can image if you live in the Hokowhitu area it would be a nice stroll on a summer day. We will definitely be back. Thanks HokowhituCafe staff for making our lunch a memorable one.

The 2 guys were really nice and helpful same with the nice lady that let my sister sit at the table she had set for 8ppl even tho there was only 3of us just because she wanted the best view 🪟 and food was expensive but I guess you get that at golf ⛳ was beautiful tho tasty as

Always a good selection for morning tea for our group once a month. Lovely helpful ladies at the counter. Lovely outlook over the golf course. Large open and quite noisy space though.

Thai beef salad was very nice, not same as other places but I really did enjoy it very tasty. And a real Irish coffee was appreciated. Thank you

Absolutely fabulous. The array of food at the cafe was a feast for the eyes. Unbelievable how good all the old favourites taste being back from Australia. NZ butter and dairy products. NZ Beef.... A real treat thank you Kathleen and Mike.

Exceptional service, the Waiters were one step ahead of us, and provided except meals and service. Definitely coming back
