I generally buy a cheese scone, once a week, on the way to work, extra large and good value for money, under $5 for a big scone. They also do takeaway meals, which the containers are packed full. Service is always friendly.

I attended the Cafe for a private birthday luncheon. It is in a corner of the Countdown Supermarket carpark so plenty of parking outside. We sat at long tables with little room between to fit us all in. That was OK because we only had to get up to get food from the buffet table. The food was fresh and simple - ham, chicken, potatoes, carrots, peas and lettuce salad with bread rolls on the side, just right for a lunch. The cheese cakes dessert may have been provided by the lunch organiser. And there was the birthday cake too. A lovely non-alcoholic punch was presented in a big round glass bowl. The staff were helpful and friendly and cleared away our plates at the appropriate time. There was a microphone available for speech makers. I purchased the special pack of 5 frozen roast dinners for $45 to take home. They were a good size and tasty.

Our daughter rang you from London and ordered a special Christmas meal to be delivered to us as she knew that we would be alone on Christmas Day due to ill health. We would like to thank the staff who prepared such a lovely generous meal for us both. and also we would like to thank the wonderful delivery man who delivered the meal on time and put it in the fridge for us. I am not sure what size meal our daughter ordered but I am sure she had not expected that there would be enough food for each of us to have 2 dinners and 2 lunches. We are regular customers and frequently come in and get meals and take home to our freezer. Our 2 favourite meals are roast lamb and vegetables and corned beef and vegetables. We've been going to Capers for a number of years. The staff are very welcoming and the variety of food is consistently good. They make great coffee and we always appreciate the welcome. It's become our clubhouse away from the golf course. They certainly appreciate our support and I'm confident they'll make you welcome as well.

Very nice home cooked meals, lunch here is always amazing they go above and beyond with their service and the serving sizes are so very generous 👌 I live the home cooked meals for dropping meals to those in need they are absolutely delicious and well priced and I have peace of mind those I drop them to get a good balanced meal.

I havn't eaten at Capers yet, but Ive heard alot of nice comments about them. I'm trying out their frozen meals. They deliver too. I was told they are very good. Lovely service today, even though they werent officially open. Thanks.

Ladies are friendly and super-efficient. We ordered the Eggs benny 7/10 (hash browns were a bit soggy). Too many rash’s of bacon for me but very filling. Love how they served the sauce on the side. I had mine w/black tea. Will go back and try their cheese scones ☺️

Great tasting meals awesome service

Great coffee and a delicious complimentary piece of shortbread. They say you have to spend money to make money. Well they have got that sorted down to the takeaway coffee cups made from great quality material. Even with the coffee price matching others I do think their is a market to sell coffee a bit cheaper with the idea to attract more clientele rather than being able to pick and choose which cafe to go to because they all charge the same price.

I have just started ordering meals for my parents.. Great communication, Msg back straight away. Very friendly and helpful. Mum and Dad enjoy their meals..What more could you ask for?

Possibly the best mushroom soup I've ever had. And the cheesy bread was a delight too. Would definitely highly recommend to all 😃
