Shaun who served us was so kind.
We forgot to tell him to add oat milk on our coffee, we told him about it but he made our coffees already.
We we’re going to pay for new ones, but he gave us 2 free coffees anyways.
That right there is excellent customer service.

Far better than average coffee experience in NZ. Friendly service. We didn't try the muffins but looked yummy.
A place which thrives on making good coffee. It has a selection of slices and bagels to order. Downside is wheelchair access which is at the rear of the building but has smoke free outside seating.
Exceptional service. I was told that their coffee is one of the best in town. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to get one. Instead I opted for their Oreo Cheesecake. Still good in my books. Next time I'm in Palmy I will definitely sample the coffee.

Best staff, BEST coffee and hot chocolate in town, and you can buy it to take and make at home. Love the online ordering app to save time.
Not only the best coffee in Palmerston North, but literally one of the best in New Zealand! Arrosta is even a close contender for Wellington's finest coffee. We're from Melbourne, so we think we know what we're talking about.

Easily the best coffee in Palmy. Great options, choice of Chemex or espresso. Various single origin and blended beans available for purchase and a good selection of coffee makers etc too. Worth a stop if you're nearby.
Proper 3rd wave coffee joint with a selection of kickass filter coffees and the usual espresso-based drinks. Very friendly and excellent service. Afghan cookie also was awesome.
Fab coffee, speedy friendly baristas. Some sweet treats available to go with your coffee, or a bagel menu.
