The food was fine, we went for lunch and liked that we could park close to keep an eye on our dogs in the car after a long walk. I had a pot of tea and sandwich. I got about 2 and a half cups of tea from my small pot which I really appreciated. The sandwiches was fresh and tasty. Good cafe to visit.

Service is always good apart from one guy who sometimes you have to wait before he acknowledges that you're there because he is on his phone.

Had a great time today with my husband. Got one of their cream and Apple pastry with a mushroom and steak pie and a kebab! Everything was off the chart good! I would recommend the kebab it is now my new favourite thing. The staff were friendly and cheery. Had a great time just sitting down to eat. They had a lot of different options of foods as well. Can't wait to go back :)

Have started working near Sunny Cafe. Great food and service but most impressive of all is the coffee! Really really nice as an ex barista Iām picky but always good, consistent.

This Cafe is a hidden gem. Visiting from the USA and was lucky to be introduced to Sony Cafe. Bright clean establishment with the most wonderful friendly people. The breakfast is fantastic and the selection of pies, sandwiches, cakes fabulous. Over a 2 week period I tried most of what Palmerston North has to offer in the way of Cafe's. Sony Cafe is the best for quality of food and value.
