The most authentic Indonesia foods in NZ, that's what my brother said. I am speechless on how to describe how amazing the foods...๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Fabulous and fresh Indonesian food, generous servings and authentic tastes: all at Desa. Monica and her team prepare seasonal and regional dishes that always satisfy both the gourmet and the gourmand. The restaurant itself is beautiful in an old villa and the only drawback for some punters could be that you will not be able to have any alcoholic beverages there, because it is a truly Islamic restaurant. Do go, though, and enjoy!

I had my graduation dinner at Kaingahou - Desa and cannot speak highly enough of the staff, service and quality. The food was amazing and they did everything they could to ensure our comfort - above and beyond.

Really good food at reasonable prices in an amazing venue, we have a function there for about 20 something people and it was absolutely amazing. The old building itself is fascinating, the food was superb. I am definitely coming back!
