Taste: 5/5 Price: $-$$ Portions: medium The mapo tofu and roasted pork belly were really good. We also ordered the dumplings, but they were frankly very disappointing (forgot to take photos). The woman at the front desk could barely speak english, so it was really difficult to communicate.

Located right at the centre of broadway at a very handy location with plenty street parking, food was a solid 10 in 10, the owner very friendly, very authentic chinese food. Worth a visit over and over again.

Very friendly staff, didnt have to wait long for the food to come out either. Had the two types of roast and rice meal for $18, decent price for a dinner these days. Food was great, perfect portion size to not feel to full and the duck was great. Highly recommend.

Lived in Auckland my whole life, this place is seriously better than any places I've been to in Auckland. Food is amazing, minimal wait time.

Surprised to find good and authentic taste of cha siu (HK style BBQ pork) outside main cities. Portion is good, the boss lady is friendly and nice, and there were lots of kiwi regular customers came in during the time I was in there. Would definitely come back and try out their other BBQ products

It was Father's day so it was very busy. The food is always very good, but the wait for my takeaway was half an hour when I was told it would take 10 minutes

I had the wonton noodle soup and it was so good. Loved that there was chilli oil available without having to ask. Will visit again. Edited: Weeny back for a chicken noodle soup and they still delivered. There was no chilli oil this time.

The lady is so sweet and the food is bANGIN 🫡 have only been a couple times but they never disappoint 👍🏼 Healed my body and soul for $17

Do not look at the restaurant decor, it is ugly, but the food is amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Not the most popular restaurant on Broadway, but very good duck. Only thing some customers aren't a fan of is they microwave some food.

Best Chinese roast place here in palmy! This is my regular to go place 😍. Orange beef, spicy chicken, crispy roast pork, bbq pork, roast duck, are just the few to be named. The people are nice and friendly. Family operated and owned.

HO-LY MO-LY!! I have eaten a lot of pork on rice from all around the country, and this is by far the best. BBQ pork was so tender, Crispy pork was so tender and crispy. Duck sauce was exceptional. They didn't have bok choi but cabbage and garlic was a new and exciting addition. 9.5/10. 2-3 more pieces of crispy pork and it would of been 10/10. But flavour wise, just 🤌🤌

The food was great and staff helpful. The dining room was basic but fits the cost of the meal.

Had the rice with Roast Pork, BBQ Pork ( char siew ) & Roast Duck for $21. ( 2 meats $18 ). No increase in price since 2020. Not only good value for money but the taste is just as authentic as you get in Hong Kong! Don't think they use any of the food delivery services. Maybe they are trying to keep costs down. The couple works very hard & long hours. Hopefully this review would help bring more business to them.

Very good. The duck fried rice was delicious. We got orange beef and sweet & sour pork aswell also great. No complaints. Our date night was perfect. Thank you.
