Review Juno's Lunchbox - Palmerston North

Look no further!! Home made traditional Chinese, all $10 for a filling tasty boxes. Recently opened in 2020 and food available even after 3pm when everywhere else is closed. The owners Ada and Ethan are beyond hospitable, always going the extra mile for their customers! Everything is home made, with no additives, only natural flavours even down to the handmade noodles, buns and chairs! Love the minimal plastic approach, everything is served in practical, neat cardboard containers/cutlery. Really comfortable seating indoor and outdoor. I believe the menu changes regularly, so new items are popping up on the menu throughout time. Have come back to eat more than once and will continue to make it a regular lunch spot! Lovely little space. Food changes daily with only 3 things on the menu each lunch time. Food is fresh and packs a fantastic flavour punch. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for what's on offer for thar day. The owners are lovely and and offer a fantastic service. I will be making this a regular lunch place stop.

Absolutely fantastic experience, what you would expect from a michelin star restuarant. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure her food is fresh, authentic, delicious, and above all HOME MADE. I strongly reccomend junos, I am looking forward to coming back to see what they have on offer in the near future. Truly authentic chinese 'secret' recipes. Also, excellent value for money.

You can never match everyone's tastebuds, but for my and my friend, it has been a great experience. I'd say the most flavourful place in Palmy. Will be back. Also, the lady working here was so sweet.

Best Chinese food no where to find. Owner/cook use high quality ingredients with high cooking skills plus the passion for delivering high end food. Wish there is one in US.
