Awesome flavours, great taste. The BBQ pork (char siu) served with egg noodles (Wan ton mee) is great although some adjustment to the sauce mixture is required to reduce saltiness. The prawn noodles so flavoursome and taste great (I drank up all the soup). The nasi lemak rendang to die for, a favorite of most who had it. The Yong tau foo is made and cooked on request and just awesome. The fish head noodle reflects the closest authenticity. The fish head is fried on demand! Lots of pieces. Just so tasteful and yummy. The price is the cheapest Malaysian food you can find.. Probably in NZ!!

We stopped by since we were in the area since they seemed to be quite popular. We grabbed a BBQ wat tan mee, a char kwei tiew and a mee goreng for takeaway. They were all really tasty. The two fried items had bits of pork crackling in them giving it a really nice flavour and texture. The wat tan mee was also quite nice. It was a bit cold when we started through. The BBQ pork was nice but I was expecting the wontons to be fried instead of boiled. It was delicious anyway. We ordered there and had to wait about 20 minutes or so. there wasn't a line but it looked like they had plenty of phone orders since there were people taking away food while I was waiting. I can see why people like their food so much. They are also quite cheap with most items easily under $20 and you get a decent portion of food. It was a bit far out but would be keen to go back particularly if I was in the area. Edit: The portions are quite large and the food is really tasty.

Fantastic little restaurant, simple dining experience but amazing food. The laksa is amazing and the wanton noodles is fantastic. Definitely visit again when in back NZ.

Best Wanton Noodles in Auckland! Casual authentic dining. Makes me feel like I'm in Asia. Not a place to be if you are after a nice ambience.

Best BBQ pork in Auckland for what I have tried so far. Wan tan mee with BBQ pork a must try! Also try their wet egg flat noodles and you can even call in first to order dinner dishes and owners said she can ensure she prepare fresh ingredients like fish to serve. Reasonable pricing with such authentic taste is hard to find, although furniture are a bit tired.

Excellent Malaysian food. They can cook more challenging and uniquely Malaysian dishes to request. We preordered the fish head curry, salted egg fried squid and chicken rendang, which was enjoyed by everyone. Tasty hawker noodles too, thoroughly recommend!

This little restaurant is a gem in Papakura. I found this place recommended by my Malaysian colleague. Their Malaysian style bbq pork is amazing and a must try! We also ordered Prawn Mee and Curry Laksa noodle, and both were great! My colleague also recommended their Wonton Mee as a star dish. Can’t wait to try their Wonton Mee next time coming by.

Good food. Nice Aunty. Solid portions. Decent prices. Chicken that came with chicken rice dish was crispy and well made, but would have been excellent if dish was accompanied with some soup. Would also personally recommend the Char Kueh Teow. Will be coming back here on a Sunday to try the Nasi Lemak, and more often after that. EDIT: came back on Sunday to try the nasi lemak with fried chicken, definitely not disappointed.

A humble couple shring their in making awesome flavoursome meals. Give up the luxury or dining sets and go back to basics and you get great value for money. A must try place when you want the closest to real Malaysian taste! Their nasi lemak chicken rendang will bring you to food heaven!

5 stars all day long. Laksa is one of my favourite foods and this vegetarian laksa was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Not to mention the super lovely staff and legit Singaporean feel of the place. I’ll definitely be back when I’m out this way.

If ever in South Auckland, this place is a must try! Don't be fooled by the name of the restaurant, it's Malaysian food with Malaysian owners disguised otherwise 😂😂 Check out the Hokkien Mee, Fried Kuey Teow and Wantan Mee. Portions are huge and prices are extremely reasonable and dont forget to request for extra pork lard 😋 Downside: Seating is quite limited and doesn't necessarily suggest fine dining but food makes it all worth it. Would steer away from the Fish head noodles based of our 1 visit but otherwise everything else has been awesome!

Very nice Malaysian/Singaporean food in Auckland. I tried wantan noodles and hokkien mee and they were amazing. Not forgetting the Char Kuey Teow (fried flat rice noodle)

Delicious food and very reasonably priced. Owners were very accommodating for our vegetarian diet.

The food here brings me back to KL. Run by a humble and lovely Malaysian couple and their teenage daughter. Their Wantan Mee, Prawn Mee and Wat Tan Hor are the best. Brings back childhood memories.

Went for the first time tonight and will definitely return. Friendly service and delicious authentic food! Amazing value for money with their very generous portion. The BBQ pork is out of this world!!!

Char kway teow Was excellent ! However kung pao chicken was not impressive. Lacking flavour and little too much batter I’d order Char kway teow again for sure

Good Singaporean & Malaysian hawker style food. Generous portions. Lovely family running this shop. We had char kuey teow with beef and guang fu kuey teow(@ Cantonese-style flat rice noodles aka wat tan hor). Their Bbq pork( char siu & siu yook) was highly recommended so we bought a few kilos to takeaway.
