Review Jugnus Little India - Paraparaumu

We went to Little Jugnu’s for my birthday meal and I honestly cannot get enough of this place. The food is so delicious and authentic; the atmosphere is lovely and the service is great. To top it off, we ended the night with some Indian tea, which was just perfect. If you’re looking for some delicious authentic Indian food (and drink), Little Jugnu’s is definitely the place for you. 10/10 would recommend!

Was travelling for work, needed a place to eat. Stopped in here and wow, if not the best authentic Indian flavours you will ever eat. I had myself a lamb rogan josh, succulent, soft meat and divine flavour. I could’ve eaten 10 more plates in all honesty & wanted to lick that clean. The waiters very friendly, excellent restaurant and reasonably priced, highly recommended!! you won’t be disappointed. I will be back.

AWESOME. Service was amazing, the atmosphere was lovely and the food was amazeballs. Try the street food. Recommend it all. We couldn't decide so the owner Jugnu choose for us. Stunning results.

The food is outstanding and the service is the best in Kapiti. We have now been twice in one week because they deliver the food fast, with a smile and without loosing quailty. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. A++

This is authentic Indian food, which was wonderful, we had Mango chicken and another chicken dish, that had wonderful flavors. lovely service and very helpful staff. Nice comfortable and relaxing surroundings and an excellent feel. We will return.

3rd time here. Experience and professionalism of the owner shines through in the welcome, service and most of all the food, which is authentic and delicious. The wait staff are so helpful and the chef must be credited for their delicious fare.

December2022 what a lovely space. Been there a Yr, they have settled in nicely. Food was flavoursome and fresh. BYO... Wine. That does not include Cider.

Lovely people offering up authentic Indian cuisines that are the best I have ever had anywhere in New Zealand or Australia!

First visit to Jugnus and will definitely be returning. Extensive menu with a wide range of delicious dishes. Also have a great drinks menu and we enjoyed the cocktails.

What a lovely little restaurant. We had the Lamb Halfreeze and Lamb Korma with the c Paneer Pakoras starter. YuM!!! Tasty and just enough heat (mild) ;-) Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere was peaceful even though the restaurant was busy that night. Highly recommend.

Myself and my partner enjoyed this place and recommend it if you’re in Paraparaumu beach. Good service and the food was very good too.

Ready on time. One person loved the chicken kadai. Rice was nice. Naan was fine. Tikka was fine. 3 stars from me but 4 stars from the two others.

Fabulous atmosphere and food delicious!! Will be going there every time we want great Indian dishes. Plus the owner and staff sang Happy birthday with Indian instruments to our 9 year old grandson. A great evening!

This jugnus in Paraparaumu is wonderful. You can sit and watch the sunset whilst eating a yummy curry. The pinot noir is boutique and very tasty.

Delicious food, large servings, and warm, friendly atmosphere. I particularly liked talking to the owner about the interesting and lovely Indian decor. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this great place to others.

We really enjoy coming here, its our local Indian restaurant. The spices taste freshly prepared and food overall is great without any of that mass produced flavour often apparent in some Indian restaurants. We often order a saag, with a jalfrezi and tandoori which are always a hit. Pappadoms are really crisp and moreish, and we enjoy the litre of draught beer on the table (I wish this was more common). The host is charming and helpful and the decor is appropriately colourful. Its a small thing but I really like the dinner plates, they are an eclectic mix of patterns which suits the vibe. We’ll be back again soon.
