Review Cafe Faith & Co - Petone

We had an amazing High Tea here yesterday - I’ve tried a lot of them in Wellington over the years and this is my new favourite!! A beautiful selection of food, all perfectly flavoured. The presentation was spot on, with pretty china plates and cups. The coffee and hot chocolate were wonderful, along with the usual fabulous friendly service from the Faith & Co team ☺️

Very busy but squeezed us in. Service was quick and even though it was very busy, the meals arrived in a timely manner. Staff helpful and polite. Food was of a high standard.

Kia Ora I totally forgot to take a photo of the food a group of 13 of us ordered, from burgers to waffles to large breakfast to custard squares sticky date pudd, not to mention yummy smoothies coffee etc..because it was so pleasingly to the eye we all just tucked in. Great customer service, Great atmosphere we could all hear each other and we weren't trying to speak over the background music. But the service wasn't great it was extraordinary out of this world Faith herself is out on the floor doing the Mahi and we also got to meet her mum. If your looking for a space to have a satisfying meal, amazing service and awesome atmosphere don't look any further Nga mihi

Great atmosphere... friendly and welcoming. Laid back. Nice retro decor. Food was simple and delicious. All home made ingredients. Yum!

I absolutely loved this restaurant 😍. The service is excellent n very helpful and friendly staff. The food was delicious 😋.

Had a steak sandwich. The item in the food cabinet showed two nice slices of steak but when it came out it only had one. When asked the cafe manager apologised and brought out another piece of steak. The waffles were excellent but spoilt a bit by the fake and too sweet maple syrup.

It was a good space to sit with colleagues to talk about work away from the office, it has good lighting and friendly staff. 2 of us got the full breakfast, the sausages weren't the best but the rest of the meal was fine. Great coffee and good company. Thank you.

Amazing coffee, best this year!! Amazing masala eggs and the friendly service and team made this a great place to have lunch!! See you tomorrow!

beautiful little cafe, interior design is gorgeous. staff are prompt and lovely, and the food is great. portion sizes are fantastic for the price and the coffee was delightful. waited about 25 minutes for food, but that is very understandable as the cafe was fully packed.

Looking for a great place to eat? Well look no further, this is the place! Honestly, one of the best cafes in the Hutt Valley with consistently good service and tasty food. Great atmosphere, decor - beautiful plants and books to keep you occupied or entertained while you wait! Also fantastic coffee if that’s your jam :))

Everything about Faith & Co was top notch - coffee, food, service, clean and tidy, super cool inside, friendly staff. Great feel about the whole place! Highly recommend.

Called in here for brunch on Saturday and was impressed with the staff, decor, food, and delicious coffee, very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space between tables. Nothing worse than having to ask people to shift their chairs in so you can get through. Definitely going back.

Drive into shop today after buying a group on voucher. Was told "I couldn't book in today for a breakfast there was an online system to use to do this. You can't use the voucher today anyway. Takes 24hrs before it becomes valid. Told this was all on site" in not such a nice manner. Read the 2 pages of fine print people. Again directed from staff to do that too!!! Shop was empty BTW. Don't recommend. Clearly don't want return business only after the $$$

Just visited Faith & Co in Petone, tried my favourite breakfast. Eggs Benny with extra glazed bacon, hash browns and coffee (Awesome). Great place, very friendly conversation with Faith & her staff!

Great service, excellent environment and I enjoyed my brunch. As noted by others, if you do have a pram/buggy, for fire egress reasons there is limited space inside for them - three tables(?). I applaud the owners for making sure patrons are being looked after and for keeping up the safe egress paths.

Was at Faith & Co on Sunday morning for breakfast. Loved everything about it. The food was top notch, the atmosphere was full of energy. Fabulous choice of books to browse (not your usual run of the mill mags) great artwork. What’s not to love. Will be back for sure .

Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. The owners are lovely & so friendly. I can highly recommend the steak sandwich, the best I’ve ever had! We look forward to coming back soon 😊

It's good to see a cafe owner taking steps to ensure the safety of customers by ensuring giant prams aren't placed in egress routes.

Had the best Chicken dish today for lunch-Delicious. The mushrooms and chorizo are amazing also

Excellent cafe and wonderful for children. Went there today with my daughter Sophie and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Sad to say my friend and I were thoroughly disappointed with our first trip to this cafe. We walked in, grabbed our own menus and seated ourselves. No one came to grab our order, even though there were plenty of staff floating around - this was very minor, so we ordered at the counter and happily chatted away. 20 minutes later we noticed our coffees had not arrived, although many other patrons had been served. We asked a friendly staff member only to find out the docket had been lost. We were a bit concerned our food docket had also been lost, but were assured our order was with the kitchen. We brushed off the docket mishap and were eagerly awaiting food. Sadly, it took over an hour since ordering for food to arrive. The cafe was not full, I would hate to think how long the wait would be if it was! Sorry Faith & Co but we will not be back anytime soon.

Boring food, rude service, Wont be going back!<br/>The waitress behaved like she was doing us a favor by serving us, the food was boring and bland, the decor ridiculous and the music felt like I was sitting in an elevator, please, could not wait to get out of there. Nearly walked into the column in the middle of the front door, really? did you people think this through? Get it together, there is plenty of choice in Petone.

I admire that you consider the safety of all your patrons and have designated areas for prams.  Any decent hospitality venue has everyone's safety and concerns in mind.  Keep doing what you do.

Best fries EVER! Came here for brunch and loved everything... eggs benny with lovely thick slices of bacon and the creamiest mushrooms on toast- yum!

I really like Faith & Co. I’ve been here 3 times and each time the food, coffee and atmosphere have been great. The team here are friendly, attentive and not overbearing. A great experience. I’ll be back.
