Review Zambrero - Petone

Pretty decent if you are looking for a Chipotle like made to order burrito place. Service was really good.

Clean and tidy nice food very filling , really enjoyed the spicy cauliflower, nice change from the usual vegetarian choice at some other outlets who often choose pumpkin or kumara which can get a bit boring, so delicious!

Love this place so fresh and tasty! Staff are always welcoming :) ♥️

My personal absolute vegan "fast food" favorite!! Really nutritious and they have variety of vegan options!! The only Mexican place I like so far which is affordable and sooo YUM!

Best burrito so far

I'm always up for a feed at Zambrero. Tried the new beef flavour today but will admit it still doesn't beat the pulled pork. Store itself is very well maintained and feels just as fresh as the ingredients. Staff are occasionally a little to eager on the amount of lettuce but otherwise are great.

Love Zambrero. It's my favourite. All Zambreros have a good feel about them, whether in Australia or NZ.

I had a really nice dinner with black rice and tangy sauces. The girls behind the counter were delightful and helpful. I hope to return some time soon.

Reliable consistant meals, good portion sizes and haven't had a bad order or visit yet. Friendly staff, easy stop and go good pick up and nice dine in furniture.

Fast food Mexican style morsels and tasty salads. Good value and a large step up on the 7 other large fast food providers including the Colonel and Pizza chains.

Fresh and tasty. I usually get a chicken burrito- very yum. I don't recommend that nachos as they were a little dry when we went. Overall a healthy choice.

A great new addition to Jackson Street. Friendly staff, quick service and a good vegetarian/vegan menu. The serving sizes were good (though prices at the upper end of what I would pay) and the food very tasty.

nice food, however I noticed that the girl out back was sitting on the food preparation bench! This is not ok - Zambrero need to sort their policies in regard to this. I did mention at the time that it was not a good look, sales person said thank you.

Disappointing portion sizes, we ordered 2,  12 inch burritos, 26nzd,  they had small scoops for each ingredient, I cannot believe how small the burritos were when they were wrapped up, they were about a quarter the size of an average kebab,<br/>I commend them on giving a meal to someone else who is in need but I feel like they literally took my meal to give to someone else , and I literally had to go and get me and my wife another.
