Review Backyard Cafe - Plimmerton

Five of us had brunch today. Backyard breakfast was good, as was the Cheese Scone. My Eggs Montreal were nice. Strong coffee. Good English breakfast tea. Waffles were nice. Chips were the best (with the Chicken n Mango) sandwich. Croissant looked & tasted good Cabinet sweets looked good Lovely to sit outside Pleased to say it looks like things have improved here in last couple of years Thanks and recommend

Enjoyed my time here at Backyard cafe. Nothing blew me away but food and coffee were good and the atmosphere is really nice. I liked how they have the heaters on outside.

Sunday afternoon was so busy but staff accommodated our group of five, including two 91 years olds, in the outside covered area. Very helpful to us respecting older folks we had brought along for lunch. Despite the crowds and how busy staff were they came to our table and took our order. The service was excellent and food superb with a great choice selection. One of the meals had a sauce added by mistake but no problem the staff had a replacement in 5 minutes. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning again. Keep up the great service. Thank you and regards. John

The cafe is one of my favorites to go to on the weekend to get a drink, they have good people working there and all of their food and drinks they make are the best.

Great wee cafe. Lovely menu and a variety of cabinet options. Great coffee. My smashed avo was delicious (served with potato cakes, roasted tomato, poached egg and hollandaise) and my mum loved her mushrooms on toast. Lovely outdoor seated area, nice and chill with the sounds of the water features coming from the garden centre.

What a wonderful cafē. Today was my husbands birthday so i decided to go out for breakfast to a cafē we have never been to before, the best decision choosing backyard. It was abit difficult to find but we got there thanks to the palmers staff directing us. We were greeted by a wonderful staff member and choose to sit outside in the garden. Such an amazing atmosphere. Our coffees came first the barrister kind of said nothing and just left our coffees and left we weren’t fazed we just laughed a little. Our meals came shortly after litterally took about 5-8min to arrive after ordering so 100% to that. Our meal was EXCEPTIONAL it tasted amazing & i loved the potato but not so much my husband. Overall we had an amazing time and we look forward to coming back again. Thank you backyard team.

The girls on coffee were absolutely beautiful and so kind! All the staff were so lovely. My coffee was just the way I like it and the bacon and egg croissant was bussin. GET IT GIRLS!!!!

Had the salmon bagel, wedges and a coffee. Really happy with the food, the bagel had fresh ingredients and there was a large portion of wedges for the price. Coffee was nice, overall a great experience made even better with all the plants and birds.

Amazing food, beautiful cafe, lovely staff!! I really enjoyed the veggie burger 🍔 it’s a must try.

Great ambience amidst the plants...food is decent with good coffees too. Salad of the day was delicious.

Good little cafe. Our food came out very quickly and was pretty good. Some meals are slightly pricey while others are good value. Lots of cabinet food options as well as menu items!

Service was great, staff were welcoming and friendly. Coffee and food came out quickly. Ordered the smashed avocado, hands down one of the best breakfasts I've had. Will definitely be back!
