Fantastic food, highly recommend the pork. Great cocktails. Nice variation in menu from others in the franchise. Service a bit hit and miss but the older gentleman did his best.

Went to the good home last night - we were seated without a reservation, which was very accommodating. What a stunner of a place for cleanliness, ambiance and decoration. The food was on point, we all (6 of us) got something different and all content with portion size, taste and how well cooked it all was. Service was quick, the waiters were fantastic and friendly. And we made it during happy hour - the cocktails were so good. Pricing was fair for how great the food and drinks were. Parking is easy to find too. All round a great place to eat out and know you'll have a great night.

Lovely Harriet told us about the new menu. It was fabulous! I can highly recommend the delicious crispy salmon and my friend's pizza was the best she has had, even better than the one she had at an authentic Italian restaurant recently. Great service from all, including Harriet behind the bar, our young lady waitress, and the older gentleman waiter, and we were not rushed at all. Thanks guys!

Great service and the food was very tasty, but quite expensive for what it was.

Went there on Wednesday evening for dinner. Make the booking and we had a wonderful dinner there. Service: the waitress is friendly n nice, checking all our stuff are okie. Provided an excellent service. Food: fresh n yum, portion is big enough. The beef inside the pizza re in good quality. Especially the desserts, served with big size n taste so good. Setting is clear n tidy. Interior is bright n family welcome restaurant. They also provide lower table n chairs for kids. Have indoor n outdoor area for your selection Also, bar tables n chairs area for ppl to have drink with friends. Really good experience

Great place! Never been before and it didn't fail to please. I got the buttermilk chicken salad and it was delicious.. heaps of salad. Definitely recommend

Great service. Great food. I'd have to give my meal of ribs 10 out of 10. Delicious! Not very busy at lunchtime on a Friday.

We went to a special opening for the All Black semi final match at 8am. It was well organized and worked well for us as a place to stop on the way out of the city.

Terrible service and the food is over priced for what it is. We were offered one drink order in the 1 1/2 hours we were there.<br/>We couldn’t leave our table due to Covid,<br/>so we had to wait and still didn’t get noticed. <br/>The food is small amounts for the prices and the dessert menu is boring and disappointing, we went to McDonald’s for better service and dessert.

I arrived with a half full resturant and greeted well, asked for drinks when we sat down took around 12 mins for drinks and the food was bland, for the price paid it was not good not going back where the takanini one is wayyyy better

We were greeted warmly, and ordered drinks as we sat down. The restaurant was not crowded, maybe 1/3 of the tables were full. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks, and finally had to ask at the bar to get them. Our order was then taken, and we waited another 30 to 40 minutes for one salmon dinner and one steak dinner. We had finished our drinks and our waters were empty. Dinner finally arrived and my partner’s steak was over done. He had asked for med rare (on the rare side) and received a unevenly cooked piece of barley pink steak. At the same time, we could overhear the woman at the table next to us complaining of the exact same thing. She had waited a long time for her steak and it was over cooked. — We did speak to the manager who offered to comp the meal, and apologised for the the poor service and quality we experienced that evening. Sadly, we have few decent restaurant choices in Pukekohe, and the list seems to get shorter every day.

The food was pretty average sadly considering the price we were paying. I had asked for no avocado or nuts on my pizza yet that never happened. Apparently the carrots were also raw. Such a shame that the pizza base isn’t home made either :/

Booked a group for Father’s Day dinner. We were impressed with the staff’s professionalism on a very difficult day - they were fully booked all day and several staff short, we could see how stressed they were and there were significant delays on the food due to the missing staff but the waitresses/manager maintained their smiles throughout the night and comped a dish for us that had been forgotten. The ribs needed a little more flavour but the calamari and the scallops were outstanding, we will be back for those in particular.

We instantly loved the ambience as it was true to its name - homey.<br/><br/>What we ordered:<br/>Gourmet beef burger with guacamole and beetroot - patty was a bit dry<br/>Vegie lasagne - massive slab of lasagne which I couldn't finish.<br/>Stuffed chicken breast - wifey loved it<br/>Kid's fish and chips - disappointed with the amount of fish (3 small nuggets) considering it was for $15<br/><br/>Due perhaps to a very busy day, they ran out of some of the dishes that we initially picked. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant experience overall. Would come back again for sure.<br/>

Amazing new place in town. Decor is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was great too. We ordered couple of drinks with bar snacks...Calamari was cooked perfectly and the potato winders were hot and crispy. We went for the tandoori chicken pizza which is okay. I will be definitely be coming back.

Never written a review but my experience here was not good. Food was completely rip off for what I got. Photos online of their dishes are nothing like what I personally got. I got completely ripped off I feel. Will not be going back again. <br/>Only positive experience was the friendly staff welcoming us the set up.

Complete waste of money. $25 dollars for “fresh fish” with chips. Only to get two fish bits smaller than chicken nuggets and a bowl of fries. Wouldn’t recommend. Food is completely rip off for the smallest amount you get.

This is the newest restaurant in town, we expected it to be busy, but just rocked up anyway. It was fully booked, but they did manage to find us a table outside.<br/><br/>I tried the Cherry cocktail, and my wife had the strawberry & rhubarb chiller. There was more ice than cocktail itself, which was a shame as it was very good, although a bit pricey for what you got, @ $18.<br/><br/>We shared the AntiPasto Platter which was nice, the crackers used were the ones you can buy from the local supermarket. It too was expensive for what you got @ $31.<br/><br/>As we were leaving several groups people also rocked up keen to try, but were turned away. If you want to try this place, I really recommend making a booking first.<br/><br/>We shall visit again.
