Review Robert Harris Cafe - Pukekohe

It is an quite enjoyable environment, tasty croissant and free wifi! Doesn't come with a car park, so park immediately if you find a spot in the street!

Robert Harris Pukekohe has been part of my morning routine for a couple of years now. This is where I get my first cup because I just love their coffee. It doesn't matter if it's different baristas making my coffee everyday because there is consistency on how they prepare it. The staff are friendly and personable. I love their service! They always make me feel like a VIP even when I am just there to get a cup of coffee.

Coffee from here has always hit the spot. I don’t come to Pukekohe often but I aways make sure to stop in when I’m there. The other Robert Harris cafes I’ve been in haven’t hit the same. Service is great and quick. Will keep coming back!

Absolutely lovely staff, one especially. Great coffee and omg yummy food. Had the big breakfast and my daughter had eggs Benedict, soooooo scrummy! Highly recommend!

Always love the great service here. Friendly smile and coffee has always been great. Consistency is key and they seem to have it right.

I have been here quite a few times and I get the eggs bene. Its good to. This time I had big breakfast and it is that to, its a real decent sized feed. I just wish they did smaller portions on request. Overall good food. I'll be back😊

Good shop, nice food and coffee, handy location.

Nice venue with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Nice cabinet selections and breakfast/lunch menus. Food is a bit pricey for how much you get on the plate, but is well cooked and delicious. Service is minimal but friendly.

Had a hash brown stack. Was lovely sitting out in the sun today. The meal was served in good time, the order was accurate and quite delicious. I'd get it again, for the price it was reasonable.

The lasagne was so tasty and massive... I really enjoyed it... But it was cold in the middle when bought to me and then reheated and way too hot...the little sauce dish they bought me was cracked all down 1 side...The knives had water marks on them from the dishwasher... The neesish tarts just needed to be a bit more lemony...

The portion sizes were tiny, and the "big breakfast" was a joke. Took ages to arrive and was very disappointed with what arrived. I ordered the vege hash brown stack and it was literally a round hash brown, a cold sliced tomato with two more hash browns on top, then a sad poached egg to the side, that was it!

Was in puke early this morning with one of my sons and wanted an alternative to McDonalds for breakfast, arrived to a friendly greeting and ordered scrambled eggs on toast (me) and from the kids menu bacon and egg (with toast). Meals were fine but thought a little pricey for what we got, nothing spectacular but wasn't expecting it to be. I'm not sure, but the last few flat whites I've had at two RH cafés and an independant cafe (using a RH blend..) have been good, though a little weak in flavour...they used to consistently make "burnt" bitter flavoured flat whites, so whatever blend they are using now as a house blend is a dramatic improvement.

Great coffee, tasty cabinet food (mini carrot cake and paninis are delicious) and fantastic fluffys. The staff are friendly and accommodating. A little pricey but have not been disappointed.

I recently went to Robert Harris with some friends, we ordered from the kitchen and from the cabinet's. my food was lovely and there were no complaints from my friends either. and the coffee is Devinne!!!<br/>My friends and i eat here once a fortnight now. We love it

Simple really Coffee, Mocha, superb...... but the cooked food is abysmal.<br/>I had the big breakfast which was not big at all, half the food on the plate was cold and the poached eggs were like shrunken yellow golf balls (if you cant poach an egg) or even realise that it not acceptable to send out food like that you have no right to be in the industry.... 5 Stars for Mocha 0 Stars for cooked food.

I found the staff incredibly friendly and good spirited, the coffee is really good, but the food - UGH. <br/> First of all, just ignore the stuff in the cabinets. The slices and muffins must just be for display, they are so bad. I tried a mini apple pie (the dough was RAW) and a brownie (dry and hard). The meals are not much better, my breakfast was terrible, gristly sausages and undercooked eggs, yuck. What a shame, its such a nice venue but they must need a new chef I think.

Worst Robert Harris I have ever been to. <br/><br/>Once we walked in, we thought how much lovely it was. Big open spaces, food looked great. But don't judge a book by its cover. <br/><br/>Early Sunday morning, there were hardly any people in the cafe. We ordered our food, which took 40 MINUTES - just for breakfast !<br/><br/>While we were waiting the staff were chatting about how they were hung over, and re hydrating themselves - including the manager......... not very professional. <br/><br/>I got the big breakfast, which was not big at all. The bacon was over way over crispy, tomatoes were cold, sausages were the size of my little finger and only just cooked. With a side of white cold toast. There was parsley and some sort of powder on the side which tasted like nothing. The eggs were attempted to be poached, but the yolk was hard. Then my partner bought some pan cakes, which were the yoghurt and fruit.... not what we ordered, but we weren't taking it back as we were at starvation.<br/><br/>Overall we really enjoy Robert Harris, but I would never go here again, a big waste of money.
