Review Kfc - Pukekohe

Get a zinger burger 15min after they open. The one I got today looked exactly like what you see in the ads on TV, my wife was shocked when she saw the burger, neither of us have eaten fast food that looked like that. It tasted absolutely magnificent. Even the coating on the chicken was really light and crispy, sounded like chips when I bit into it. Compliments to whoever was on shift, you should open your own burger shop.

Food is good and staff are friendly. If you intend on going inside then its best to park behind the cinema via Hall st.

Friendly helpful staff had to do a catering order in short notice...accommodated me with no histation..easy as to order and pick up on the schedule time and there busy time.... Thx kfc puke

Great place to eat out. KFC is good food for its value. Pukekohe store does get busy, so some waiting time is required. Staff were friendly and upbeat. Took my Valentine here, as agreed, she enjoyed it too. Just small change, Mango Crusher undies not have real mango chunks in it as it used to (was not for me, so I am not complaining)

long queue on drive through so decided to go inside thinking it will be quicker, but no bit wait time as only one person taking order, another helping with bagging. I didn't get my sunnies with summer bucket meal. It's a false advertisement. When asked where is my sunnies I got reply they don't have any, then this should have been advised to customer at the time of ordering 😒

Quick drive through, yummy food as usual.

Probably the best feed I've ever had from here today. The burger bundle off the coupons. Everything was fresh and delicious and the order was perfect. The lady who served me was really pleasant and gave me extra fries for the wait which was kool.

Just here and what a joke, took 20 minutes to serve 1 car, and not following the guild line for level 3 covid19, no gloves , not sanitizing anything, wont be going back , still messing the orders up, how hard is it to read a screen

It's always a big wait here especially in the drive-thru. My dad went to buy 4 meals for dinner and it was incomplete. The fries were soggy and I also ended up not having any drinks. The crew could smile a bit more like I know they are tired or something but a smile is the least they can do especially when we waited patiently for their service. Also, they need to look after their tables because sometimes it's very messy for someone else to use it.

I ordered snack lunch the fries with too much salt and the drumstick with full of oil and salt. Rest ok waiting at the counter for few minutes.

my daughter and I stopped at KFC Pukekohe about a month ago. we went to the drive thru - there was just 4 cars ahead of us and then heaps came in behind. We had at least 25 minute wait for our order and when we got it it was almost cold and the sauce for the wedges was not there!!! When we got home I sent them an email and it took TEN days for them to respond to me. All I got was "Sorry about that, we are short staffed" MAYBE they should have a sign up to tell us at the drive thru and say theres gonna be a LONG delay, and that will give customers an option - go inside, or come back later. Anyway, yesterday we decided to give them ONE last chance and although there would only be 3 cars ahead of us, we went instore and got our order before the 3rd car!!! ANYWAY,  once again the food wasnt good. The chicken was TOUGH, the outside of it was way overdone, as if it had been reheated several times and there was NO salt on the chips. KFC Pukekohe is NOT getting my $$ ever again. And the staff never have a smile.

Got 2 ultimate burger meals. Got home. No chicken in either bag. Contacted KFC . Got a computer generated acknowledgement. No response. No voucher. No contact to rectify. Disgraceful service at KFC Pukekohe. Either spread the word not to go there or check order before leaving. Lift your game KFC Pukekohe

While the food itself is standard KFC fare (quality control does have it's uses) the service and environment could be improved. The workers are friendly enough, however while the counter has two tills only one ever seems to be manned by a staff member at any given time. I can see other workers in the kitchen but they never open the second till even when there's a long line of people; or so it was the number of times I went there. Also the seating area never seems to get tidy, ever. Always some mess somewhere and in a small branch like this one that makes the limited seating even less appealing.

Omfg Pukekohe kfc customer service and also their menu are so not what i expected, their chicken & hot chips are tasteles & disgusting cold or reheat. you have to wait more than 25-45min or more for your order, both ways drive thru & walk in.

The food here is your typical KFC, which we all know & love. After all it is Kiwi For Chicken. <br/><br/>There's always a que of cars waiting for the drive through. It's actually faster if you Park up and walk up to the counter and order. <br/><br/>On this specific visit, I found the newly refurbished restaurant to be in such a messy state. Tables and chairs littered with rubbish one of the nice corner booths looked like someone had spilled drink all over it and was sticky. <br/><br/>Not the experience I had hoped.

This kfc is always so sloooooow, it would be quicker to drive to papakura Kfc and back, there customer service skills can use an improvement and they need to stop being a tight ass with the condiments, one serviette and sauce for two people, not good enough

So once a week I get KFC from pukekohe. For the 4th time in a row I have asked for no red onion or tomato on our burgers and extra seasoning on our fries. Every signal time I've gotten neither and quite frankly I'm getting sick of it.<br/>That is all.

mmm just got KFC for dinner ... no paper towels no spoons, since there has been new owner's the chicken is over cook, some times the chicken is dried out the skin very very dark ... what more can I say come on get your act together ... KFC HERE IN PUKEKOHE is not same <br/><br/><br/>K Jamieson
