Wow it was so mindblowingly good we ate it twice over two consequtive days! The price is great and the food is delicious. The shop only takes orders online, but if you do not have internet you can also order at the shop using their tablet, so all is good. We ordered and took it home to eat, and it was such comfort food (especially when it is rainy) for the soul. Highly recommended if you want some good food at super good prices 🙌😁

Delicious! The crumbed hoki was really tasty, the nuggets, potato cakes and chips were really nice too. Definitely a hidden gem just out of Queenstown.

Chur has by far the most variety when it comes to ordering some great fish & chips. The food is cooked just right and they have a great loaded fries category with different seasoning and gravy/sauce options, you can also add meats to it and coleslaw to balance the meal. Their burgers and assortment of fried food are great too with your favorite sauce, I travel from Hanleys Farm to Fernhill because that's how good it is, missing every other Fish & Chip shop on the way. Highly recommended thanks Chur 🔥🔥💯💯✨✨

You have to order online first before getting the food, I ordered mine about 20min prior and it was ready when I arrived. I had the grilled blue cod with lemon and butter ($13.50), and Kumara chips ($9.50). The chips were amazing. Blue cod was good but I’ve tasted better at Stewart island! Locals say this is one of the best fish and chips in town and I can see why when I had the kumara chips- it was a huge portion and really hit the spot.

Just give this place a try! Well worth the effort. Quirky requirements for you to order online. Unable to order from the guys face to face. Duh. Otherwise a superb place to get your fish and chips fix. No where to dine in. More for a grab and go meal. Tried the cod,squid and scallops. Loved it all. And of course the chips rocked!

Great little shop! Best to either call and order ahead of order and go next door for a drink as there’s a bit of a wait. Lovely fish & chips and other options too!

Our first ordering from Chur. We ordered Hoki fish n chips ( crumbed) , Kumara chips, butterflied crumbed prawns and Moro bar. A great tasting and filling dinner for the 2 of us. The Moro bar is super sweet. Parking by Chur can be quite limited. Super service though.

Old fashioned fish and chips with variety and well cooked . At least 3 types of fish, scollops, white bait and prawns. Very tasty. There was a table outside if you wanted to eat there.
