Had breakfast here as an addition to our stay at the sofitel and were very pleased. Staff were so welcoming and we were pleasantly greeted every morning with a smile. Food was exactly as described and the coffee was on point. Only downside is it lacked variety on the menu. Highly recommend as an add on to your stay. It will get your day started right đđ»

Visited the cafe in April on our walk to Skyline Gondola. Great service and good food. We ordered omelette and eggs Benedict. The omelette was great especially since Iâm very picky with eggs. I like fluffy and buttery omelette with good portion of stuffing. Itâs definitely fluffy! The omelette is definitely buttery with good portion of ham and mushroom. Eggs Benedict was good as well but the hollandaise sauce needs to be tangier.

I visited a while ago on a first table with friends, two of us are vegan and forgot to mention this to the restaurant before we arrived (our bad!) but we're so delightfully surprised to see the staff were accommodating and the chef even went as far as to come out and speak to us and explain what he could make for us that was vegan, which turned out to be really tasty too! This made our experience so much nicer and we left full and satisfied!

I usually don't write reviews, but this is definitely worth writing about. My partner and I went here tonight, he had the lasagne and I had the beef burger... wow.. it was so good, big portions, and fantastic quality food. Our server Martial, was so nice and attentive, such a great host. He
explained everything we got on our plates, and we had a lovely chat with him after our dinner. Definitely 5 star food and service. I will be coming back again!! đđ

I've eaten here twice, the service is great, food is splendid. Bot of my bookings have been on first table as otherwise it is a bit expensive for me. But if you're on vacation or staying with sofitel I'm sure it's worth it.

A little slice of Paris hidden in Queenstown. All the pastries come from France. This place is lovely with nice fire, marble tables and excellent service. A hidden gem it took me three years to discover.

Dinner Food & Service is 5 stars. (If not 6). Cooking time could be faster but worth the wait. Has valet parking.

Just wow this restaurant! Staff? Perfect! They're very friendly and they go mile these bunch of beautiful staff. I just love that they give super tasty bread, paté, cheese and butter with amazing garnish. We had an onion soup and couple of cocktails that took us to sparkling world of food. Ohlala!

Food and service were good.

We tried the onion soup, escargot, onion soup, charcuterie platter, lamb and duck dishes.

We were a little disappointed with the quality of the cheeses in the cheese platter specially given that itâs a french restaurant. The cheeses were lacking flavor. The onion soup was lacking broth but taste wise it was good. The duck confit itself was nice and crispy but the balance between savory and sweet in the dish was a bit off, perhaps too sweet and the crushed potatoes werenât that tasty. The lamb dish was delicious but a bit unbalanced with the amount of sauce as well.

A nice plus was that unlike any other restaurant we tried in Queenstown, this one served complimentary bread with olive oil and other spreads, very good!

Overall, it was an enjoyable evening and meal. Perhaps not up to standard with the price tag.
Great hotel with a great café. The service was super quick and there is a wide range of offerings for breakfast. We also got some complementally breads and muffins with our omelettes.

All food was fresh, tasty and well presented with good coffee.

This place is far better than your average hotel café and is worth a stop if you are walking past.

I have eaten here for breakfast, lunch and snacks a few times during my stay at Queenstown, and I am highly impressed. The menu offers a tantalizing variety of options utilizing the amazing fresh ingredients found in this part of New Zealand. My favorite is the Smoked Salmon hash cakes! The breakfasts here are also stunning. Service brilliant and ambience divine. Also extremely great value for all Advantage Plus members, just present your card on arrival.
