Affordable and delicious Japanese restaurant in central Queenstown. Simple menu, but has a good variety. It looks like they also have a sushi bar at lunchtime. Food came out fast. The ramen were excellent, gyuoza and chicken karage were good too. Great service
Looking for a lunch place, our last day in Queenstown found this dainty japanese eating nook. Service was quick and our bentos served in a flash. I recommend others to try when in town. NZ Covid 19 protocols were followed.
We were really impressed at the sushi on offer. There were a wide variety of sushi rolls and nigiri to choose from. We settled for a few sushi and nigiri as appetiser while waiting for our ramen. The sushi was large and flavourful. The tonkotsu ramen broth was good, but the seafood ramen was lacking
Good sushi and sashimi set. Fish is quite fresh and thickly cut. Appears to be Korean run but who cares if the food is good.
Portions are good and service is prompt and efficient. We got our meals pretty quickly after ordering.

It blows my mind that this place doesn’t have better reviews. Best ramen/maki/gyoza that I’ve had in the southern hemisphere. The service was excellent as well. It looks like an ordinary small restaurant in Queenstown. But the food that we ordered is the best Japanese food that we had in New Zealand. Sashimi is very fresh.

Popped in here for a spontaneous late night dinner as everything was closing up and boy we were surprised! Amazing service, amazing sushi. My only regret is that I didn't try the other menu items but I will be returning to try there don bori bowls and curry!

A good choice to have Japanese cuisine. Katsu was crispy and well-battered, bento had a variety of side dishes. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would like to visit again.
Absolutely the best Japanese restaurant with such reasonable price in the town! We have came here for second time during our trip!
This place has good night out food, with very pleasant and generous staff. Food was a bit delayed, however staff were apologetic and provided us with additional dumplings, really lovely of them to offer this.
