I think it’s good👍 其實我覺得還不錯吃,服務態度也還行,不像評論說的這麼不好,不過人手不足的感覺,所以可能讓人覺得招待不周,其實總體來說都很不錯的

Foods are very yummy. I only didn’t like stir fry beef. Beef cut too small pieces.

We have been here when we were on ski holiday. We ordered koreanpan cake , BBQ pork and tofu soup. It was little different original taste but still good. And nice service too.

Allright lets straight to the point first of all both of us we love korean! So we really craving n really wAnt to try korean in our holiday. So we give it a go this rest. We order duck bulgogi which we never order before and its actually just so so, there are lots of the fat more than the meat. And kim chi soup which is our comfort food. When the side this come out wow amazing side this. Kim chi soup its normal. Overall its an average experience.

Regretfully, I dined in this restaurant with three other companions on the 10th of March 16. We also ate at this restaurant on Wednesday the 9th as part of our tour and decided we'd give it another try the next day for dinner. The food was mediocre, but that wasn't the main problem.

After we finished our meal I went up to the counter to pay for our meal and the total came to $95, I then shoved the change and receipt in my pocket and forgot about it and sat back down at the table. Afterwards, we proceeded to leave and then we lingered around the bottom of the stairs near the entrance when we we're approached by an extremely rude staff member who accused us of not paying for our meal. We told the staff who approached us that we definitely paid and to check the till/ security cameras to support our claim. The man did not believe us at all and had the audacity to call our tour guide to complain that we did not pay. Our tour guide had to join us to return to the restaurant to dispute with the staff. I told them that I paid $95 and received $5 change, BUT the rude member said that I could have just added all the prices up from looking at their menu. How disgustingly rude. WORST service I have ever received. I will never return. They created such a commotion that by the end our entire tour group had known about this incident.

Luckily, when we returned to the hotel I found the receipt in my pocket, clearing our name. AND I will attach the receipt below incase we get accused of giving a false review, which I believe the staff at Seoul Garden are extremely capable of.

It was the first time we have visited Queenstown travelling from Australia, and I hope that this restaurant doesn't try to accuse other patrons of not paying for their meal; therefore, this review is a warning to those who want to visit.

OVERALL:
HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Average food.
Will NEVER return.

Without a doubt the best tasting and most authentic Korean place in Queenstown. It is a bit hard to find, and mainly caters to the Korean tour-bus market. But it's seriously good value for money and the food is super-yum.
The Kimchi is made in house and is unfailingly good. And thankfully they don't have the bad habit of "tailoring" the side dishes to what they think westerners might like (ie leaving out the Kimchi and seaweed side dishes).. as many other restaurants do.

However.. as with many Korean restaurants the decor and service leave a little to be desired.. but if you are after really good Korean without paying the "Queenstown premium" this is definitely the place to go.
