Review Jo's Takeaways - Raglan

This was a fantastic find! While idling around Raglan, we came across this jewel. It's a simple rustic place with outstanding food. The folks who run the place are very pleasant. We tried an assortment of the finger food and all of them were freshly made. The fish itself was fresh and absolutely delicious! The chips, crabsticks and the sausages were a hit with the kids and adults alike. We would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for some great food!

Delicious fish and chips, totally worth the 20 min wait. Get there early to beat the dinner rush when the weather is nice on the weekend. Great prices and the staff was so friendly.

Best fish n chips in raglan! Light crispy batter and fish was fresh - couldn't wait to dig in. Portion sizes were fair, service friendly.

Year-round fish and chips, scallops and mussels takeaways, great little shop too that services the camp ground. Excellent range of burgers too. Always consistently good food and not to expensive

Super friendly staff well priced and tasty food, they even did the sausages separate from the rest of the meal and without salt for our hungry puppies!!

Great fish and chips shop in Raglan. More takeaway style than Raglan Fish and they serve up a mean Hoki fillet. Also a provision store for the local campgrounds so you can stock up on some goodies for the picnic. The burgers felt average for a takeaway but the fish and chips were definitely above.

Absolutely the best fish and chips in Raglan! A lot of other goodies on the menu for carry out, too. It gets a little busy, but everything is made fresh to order, and it’s worth a little wait! The prices are reasonable, too.

Really awesome takeaways! Generous scoop of well cooked chips, toasted sandwiches were great. Decent well priced menu. about 4 picnic tables out the front and some more by the playground. Highly recommend

Well worth very long wait this place always super busy fish and chips always yummy. The fish burgers are to die for some times we drive just from Hamilton to get one. We tell people all time to try fish burger if they are out this way.

Absolutely top-notch fish and chips. It's a short and beautiful stroll away from the main Raglan strip, but well worth it!
