A bright spot on a rainy day! The latte made with Kōkako coffee was sublime-the best I’ve had in NZ. The artisanal sandwiches and lemon coconut muffin baked by the shopkeeper/barista were top rate. The design aesthetic is delightfully modern. (See photo of cup. )
What a lovely surprise finding Niksen this morning on our drive from Nelson to Picton. Fantastic service and the best coffee I've had in a while. I'd be tempted to go to Rai Valley just to get another one. Thanks!

Everything was delicious - pastries, breakfast sandwich. Coffee drinks were top notch. A lovely stop driving from Picton to Nelson. Will definitely return if I'm back in the area.
Wonderful little cafe. Food all homemade and delicious coffee. Deserves a stop every time you pass. Also great gifts to buy including exquisite knitting by owners mother. Loved our stop on Friday.
