Review Mcdonald's - Rangiora

We took a drive through meal, and the staff who took our order was very cheerful and friendly my mood insantly got better by just placing the order and talking to the staff member.. 5* for that simple thing only.. keep up the good work mate👍🏽

Food was good, hot and fresh. Service was just above average, couple of young staff were more interested in planning thier weekend party plans.

A clean and well presented McDonalds. Located in an easy to access place on the south side of Rangiora they have a good drive through. What I like about this is that the drive through is open all day and night later in the week. Rangiora goes to sleep late at night with little or no night life. So all the credit goes to this McDonalds for staying open via the drive through. Do check their website for the hours that they are open.

Usually comes here after work and sometimes the food gets delayed but the service is great. Came here 3 weeks ago and while I was about to order I saw the guy talking to some elderly couple. His service is pretty good just feel bad when it gets busy the food gets delayed and then you all get a bad review. Will definitely pop in again.

Update 2023-09 - staff are friendly and happy to chat. Had a gift laugh with staff while order was filled. Thanks to the whole team. I detest using the self-order machines - I'd rather speak with a person. Sadly, the person who spoke with me to take my order didn't look at me, didn't smile, and didn't sound like they wanted to be there. This is really sad. I hope that McDonald's Rangiora can work out how to make their customers feel welcome, valued, and appreicated.
