Everything was perfect here at The Ottoman. The food was absolutely divine. The meats in our meals were tender, the atmosphere spot on, and the staff were all very nice. I would definitely recommend the Lamb Kebab ($19 Large), and the Meat on Chips ($19 Regular).
We had takeaway. If you don't like a lot of sauce on your burger, or none on your chips make sure your say so - they do love a LOT of sauce here! 😃
First visit here, ordered a share platter, apple tea and some baklava. The flavours were so good, the variety of dips and the freshness of everything was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
My first visit to The Ottoman and I am so pleased with the whole experience. Food was excellent. So much flavour, fresh, and beautifully presented (photo does not do it justice). Options for practically any dietary restrictions, even for someone like me with multiple exclusions. The layout and facilities are excellent in their catering for customers with disabilities, even down to a special fold up service counter at wheelchair level. I would love to frequent this place more. Left feeling very satisfied with gorgeous flavours still dancing on my palate. Congratulations to the owners and staff on an excellent and thoughtful dining establishment.
We had a platter, great range and very tasty. Just about enough for our lunch, but we'd already ordered the lamb salad. The lamb was possibly the best char grilled I've had.
Great kebab wrap every time.. tasty, tastes fresh.. consistent and Turkish vibe, compfotble seating.. which you want! Dude who served me for latest visit was really friendly. There’s some hospo passion behind the scenes.. Tell your friends!
I am a big fan of Turkish Kebabs. I had Kebabs in many places but this the place where you can get best one. What a treat it was. We ordered large chicken Kabab and honestly guys it was too big. Good value of money. Taste was awesome. Restaurant was very spacious and beautiful based on Turkish theme. There are so many places in Christchurch for Kababs but I found this one more delicious and yummy. Stuffs was good and welcoming. Situated in peak location in City centre of Rangiora Town. If you are around Rangiora then please visit and have there meals. You will definitely love it.
High quality, tasty, authentic Turkish food. Very reasonably priced for the quality and service. Very clean and hospitable. I'll be looking for excuses to return. Brings back fond memories of Turkish coffee and apple tea.
