Very very VERY good. Large portion sizes and great value for money. Delicious and creative flavours, highly recommend. ❣️ We dined in on a Saturday evening & had a focaccia as a starter, Falafel salad & Pork Belly as a main, crumble and mille feuille as deserts. It really didn’t matter at all to us they they don’t have a liquor licence, we had a lot of fun trying the alcohol free alternatives.

Delicious as potato-rosti eggs bene (which can often be too heavy, but these guys nailed it). Roast veggie portion was not fqn' around. Chill music and Frankie-Magazinecore aesthetics were appreciated 🌈💖

This place is a gem! Riverton’s best kept secret. Delicious food. Delicious coffee. Delicious baking. All fresh and homemade. Lots of gluten free & dairy free options. You can even buy locally grown lettuce & spinach and refill your Ecostore products. If you are in Riverton, you must come here!! You won’t be disappointed. We came 3 days in a row it’s that good. Thank you, we will be back!

Words can't express well enough the fine dining experience we had at Jacob's River Bakehouse. The food is high quality and absolutely amazing. We loved everything we had. Beautiful cozy layout as well. Also kids loved the play area. Such a great service as well. Highly recommend and we'll be back for sure.

Friendly and cozy atmosphere, great food, great drinks and super friendly environmentally conscious people. Worth noting that the green smoothie here was the best green smoothie I've ever had. Very refreshing!

We came for brunch (the pancakes are delicious) for my boyfriend's birthday. I had brought a candle to surprise him and two team members (I don't know the names, sorry) came with a muffin (amazing) with the candle singing "happy birthday". Also, I had misunderstood the type of coffee and a team member made it again! It was a great time and also very good! Thanks to the team! Keep it up!

Absolutely fabulous place to stop. Very tasty food, perfectly cooked. Lovely vibe inside and the staff are just wonderful. All the food is made in house from scratch and it shows. We are just touring but had to review cause this place deserves it.

We had a brunch and loved it so much we had lunch here the next week. The food and atmosphere were great. I had a kids breakfast, which was bacon, egg, home made chips and toast, plenty for me. The coffee was superb too.

If you are on the way to Invercargill and have to take a break, do it here. Just the moment you step into this Cafe/Bakehouse is so lovely and welcoming, which lets you taste Café already even better. 😉🤩 All ingredients are organic, and you taste them. However, the Café is delicious and the service very friendly. Indeed, it's not super cheap, but if you respect these points, is it okay to pay that. However, we enjoyed being there.

Amazing vibe. Love this place. Best eggs bene I've had in living memory. And they know how to look after dogs in the lovely backyard.
