Beautiful selection of sweet and savory foods. Made fresh or from the cabinet and well priced. Easy parking outside. Lots to take in while you wait. Warm welcoming team. The citrus tart and carrot cake was perfection. Crepes are very yummy with good portions.

Tasty and crispy crepes. We had the lemon sugar (sweet) and egg, cheese and ham (savoury). Great service too. We would come back again.

Lovely cafe with a reasonable price. The breakfast is only $13.9 with 2 fried eggs. We also have the chicken salad which is very fresh and the star is the crepe. Very delicious!! The atmosphere is also nice and cosy with friendly staff.

Hands down, the best breakfast place we tried on our New Zealand trip. The staff is amazing and quite patient with tending to queries and changes. We started off with all day breakfast and creamy mushroom. We were provided with alternative option to replace meat with additional hash brown and toast. The creamy mushroom was one of the most scrumptious dish that I’ve ever tasted. We tried Crepes with salted caramel and cream, which was to die for. In the end, we couldn’t resist having the mushroom pie which looked so good from outside. The crust was so crisp, and the texture was incredible. It’s a shame we were quite full and couldn’t finish it off. We had a croissant to go which light, flakey and buttery. Possibly a bit pricey, but worth every cent. Must try if you are in Rotorua and it’ll put you in a great mood to kick off the day.

Walking in you feel like you are entering a bit of France. Which is what you expect. Tasty food. I'm in love with their Apple and Caramel crepes! Staff exude so much positivity and smiles. Super hospitable! Shout out to Mimi. You're incredible service is unforgettable. Thank you for always checking on us to make sure we are enjoying the already great meals. Top service and meals.

Amazing French experience. Love the food n coffee. Strong coffee. Definitely need to try the French crepe. I wish it could be cheap n more affordable as it worthy to have it everyday.

We came here to try the crepes. We had one savoury and one sweet. We also shared a wee sweet treat for those of us who had the savoury crepe. The crepes were excellent and big enough to share if you weren’t after a large meal. The coffees were good and so was the milkshake the kid had. We will be back!

Fantastic food. We ordered an almond croissant, a savory cheese and bacon scone, an omelette with salmon, and a savory crepe with cheese, eggs and ham - each item was absolutely delicious . The breads were all incredibly fresh and the capuccino and Americano we ordered was awesome too. Very nice atmosphere and prompt service too. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rotorua.

Cozy French cafe with great coffee and great food. We came once and don't want to breakfast anywhere else during our stay! Must visit!

Amazing food! Lovely atmosphere and staff who actually speak french. Cafe was bustling and full on a rainy winter’s day. Definitely recommend! 😊

Went to the cafe the other day, ordered a chocolate croissant, apple crumble and a coffee. Atmosphere was nice, staff was nice. However when coffee came it had no flavor, the croissant had barely any chocolate and crumble was bland. We had to go to the counter to ask where our crumble was because they forgot it in the “microwave”.

Nice little but busy cafe. My partner and I have been down to Rotorua for the second time and we have been here both times. Photo shown below is the sugar and lemon crepe which I believe was between $8-$9. They do take a while to make then as there's only two crepe makers so I had to wait at least 10 minutes. Staff were so friendly. Will definitely go back once we visit Rotorua again.

I have been reading reviews about this marvelous cafe for 2 months now so decided to go and see if it's great. Before leaving the house I checked the opening times on zomato. .it said open Sundays 8.30 am so we arrived just before 9 for the place to be closed with a sign saying the owners have decided to take 2 days off together and now open Tuesday to Saturday. Now where am I going to go for breakfast?
Please change your opening times on zomato.

Came by the day before but it was closed to endevored to come back the next day. It was a good idea since the crepe was really nice. We went for the nutella and the salted caramel creme and both were amazing. The salted caramel edged out a bit because there was even coverage (the nutella had regions of no nutella) and came with cream. The crepe was made really well and was crispy in all the right places.

They also had other patisserie like croissants and pan au chocolate.

They also had free WiFi.

Visited this café as it's voted as best breakkie place on TripAdvisor. The decorations emphasized on French setting, which is what you would ask for when it's a French café. Friendly staff greeted me in French as I entered the café. Love the strong coffee without me asking to add extra shot in it. The crepe I ordered was just perfect even though it's just a simple ham, egg & cheese crepe. I would have gone for another sweet crepe if I wasn't so full.

Love it here. Crepes are to die for - both savoury and sweet. Made by the real deal Frenchman. :) baguettes are super tasty as well and staff are awesome.

I stumbled upon this cafe on my holiday with family to Rotorua. At first I wanted to only buy a cup of coffee.

But I was so intrigued by the many assortments of pastries on offer! The choc croissant were simply divine, so much more when it came out from the oven!

The first time I came here, they have run out of choc croissant, but I thought I'd ask anyway (just in case they have stow it away at the back)! To my surpise they were able to make me one in 15 minutes! That is correct only 15 minutes, definitely worth the wait!!!

Came back this morning to have brekkie there. The crepes were to die for, crispy crepes and generous fillings.

Customer service were also good, especially from the male owner! Great job le cafe de paris. Two thumbs up!!

We always go here when we go to Rotorua. Food is lovely and the service is genuine and pleasant. A real treat to find a authentic French cafe in the middle of Rotorua.

This place epitomises service as it should be in Rotorua. Always a cheerful heartfelt warm welcome, which filters through all of the staff. The lunches are always superb, and we know this as we have been frequenting this establishment regularly for the past 8 or so years. Valerie and her staff are superb in every way. One cannot paint, make or create ambience in any way shape or form. It is something that oozes from the pores when all facets of a business are in harmony. It certainly does here, all the time! Highly recommended cafe and top marks to all who keep its heart beating ... !!!

The ambience is lovely and the cafe is quaint the coffee was just coffee nothing great.

The eggs bene was very average, presentation is not the strong suit here and the hollandaise sauce was not very tasty. I dont understand the salad or the hash brown?

The pastries however and the crepes were delicious, so I would recommend sticking to the authentic french dishes they seem to have nailed those.

Favourite place in Rotorua for coffee or light lunch, and as locals we go here frequently. The BLT's are absolutely the tastiest I've had anywhere. The crepes are cooked in front of you and are large, light and just delicious! A beautiful Pain aux Chocolat finishes it off to perfection. Very friendly owners and staff who always greet you with a Bonjour, sprinkle in a few Merci's and farewell you Au Revoir. Bon appetit!

Great place! Great atmosphere, staff and food. The "Paris" on the hot chocolate was a grey touch. Good prices. Highly recommend.

I am going every week for brunch or lunch.
Had the oignon soupe few time and it was very nice - All the crepes are yummy as well as the pains aux chocolats or the croissants aux amandes.
But my favorite is the baguette with chicken.
It's warm and cossy - nice French ambiance with nice French music. The owners are very friendly as well as the staff.
A good place to go and enjoy a little bit of French culture :o)

Cafe Paris has it all! A warm welcome at the door, friendly atmosphere, and the best Almond Croissants in the Southern Hemisphere! Not to mention the great coffee! I always stop here when in Rotorua....

Such fabulous service means nothing without great food; you get both here!

The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is an extensive menu but my favourites are the 'Salad Leon', 'Pan au Chocolat', and I especially love the authentic 'Crepe'.

The coffee is the main draw card; it is consistently perfect.

My kids love this cafe too and always try out their French greetings and the pizza. It's not every French themed cafe that is this authentic, even the kids books are in French!

If you like a warm atmosphere with true French flavours then you will want to try Le Cafe De Paris.

Sorry guys, but the French Onion Soup was like dishwater, with onions but with less flavour!!
The croutons and cheese were fine
Frozen packet fish when you are in Rotarua?
I certainly would not go back based on my first experience
