Starbucks is a place I frequently visit to place orders, and I am truly impressed with the comfortable ambiance and friendly staff. The variety of beverages and food always meets my expectations in terms of quality. However, I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes the service can be slow, and there are instances where I've had to wait up to 15-20 minutes for a single drink.

This is Vinny I have been coming to my favourite place which is Starbucks by all means ..all the staff member very friendly special George kimmy and Razaiah so humble and always serve me with smile. They all 3 are my stress buster when I see them I forgot everything .. thr cofee the is awesome my fav white chocolate mocha extra hot with extra shot😜 Lov u guys for your Lov keep it up.

We are from the United States and in our travels, we like to visit Starbucks to buy an area-specific mug. Also, in that, we are often living abroad it is nice to go for a familiar experience. This particular Starbucks did not seem to have the same attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality that is typical of the Starbucks brand. Unfortunately, this is not a good representation of Starbucks and if this was my first I would be underwhelmed and not try it again. Incidentally, although we did get a coffee and breakfast which were good we did not get the cup and ended up leaving New Zealand without one just discovered buying one online was not an option.

Yup, it's Starbucks. As an American, I'm very thankful for this being here because it's hard to find American style coffee anywhere in NZ (how I miss coffee stands). So this is the best I get most of the time. Despite everything though, it is still Starbucks and far from perfect. Nice location though.

Not be crowded like other branches of this brand. Friendly staff but time of making beverage was taking a bit long.

Amazing service from staff, they were welcoming and efficient. The girls working today were lovely and apologised for making us wait due to the machine being a little slow, we had no problem waiting at all! We make a point to stop in here as we pass through because we don't have one in Palmy so starbucks is always a treat. First time trying the pink drink and it lives up to the hype. The iced chocolates are also very good.

I don't come here often. I still don't understand the hype. There was a large amount of items out of stock, the shop was old and run down.
If you're desperate for a Starbucks fix, yip hit them up. But I'd avoid.

Great coffee, consistent with other Starbucks that I have been to. The cafe is spacious with good customer service. I recommend the caramel macchiato.

I often stop here when I'm in town - the drinks always taste like they're made with love and the service is always friendly and polite. Love this Starbucks. But, a note to the owners/manager that during tourist season on a weekend, having only two staff on isn't enough. You're putting your staff in an awkward position having to warn guests on long wait times and it sets them up for a stress filled day with possible unhappy customers. It was a long wait today, I hope you can hire more staff or have more than two people on at once.

A lot of people go in for takeaway coffees etc but I stayed indoors and the wait time was a bit long but understandable. Tried the new caramel frappe they have and a panni. Fast service and polite.
