Fresh fish, clean and tidy. Beautiful seafood. Love the way they batter the fish. Muscles are great but you need to be quick they sell out fast. Great stop for a family lunch or dinner.
Service was amazing. The young lady that served us 10/10, we got extras and a free raw fish at no charge. #Blessed

Our family had lunch here the other day and it was so beautiful. Ther seafood was so fresh and fish and chips were great. We tryed ther prawns which were the best ive had, kina, oyster and the raw fish was mint. This is my best seafood shop. They just need fried bread lol 🥰🥰. Thanks Te Arawa seafoods 👍
Best 'Fish n Chips' in Rotorua... just saying! Bit of a drive for me.. yet worth it. The service was excellent... the prices are reasonable, given that our seas are no longer abundant as they once were. Hard to get kina & paua nowadays..
Nice fish and chips but room for improvement with their service. They lost my order once and on another occasion refused to take cash

I love the customer services and the fresh kai moana our family love it here for all our kaimoana needs which is every week occasions. We buy because of product then it's how we are served and I'm happy!

Best Seafood place to go when in Rotorua, they have a couple stores there.
One on Fairy Springs is the go to, staff are amazing, and Kaimoana/Seafood is prepared fresh and laid out neatly.
Deliciously fresh fish Snapper with crispy battered chips, unfortunately no Kumera chips. Good easy parking and friendly service 🙂
