I used uber ears for a bowl. The meal was a good size and very delicious. The food was fresh and good quality, most enjoyable with excellent presentation.
We went to pita pit yesterday for lunch. Wasn’t expecting much but we were met with EXCEPTIONAL service! Not only were the girls serving us so kind, happy, and efficient, but they even went the extra mile of delivering the food to us at our table instead of calling our names - never had this happen at another pita pit before. The food was good too, well filled and cooked. Genuinely wasn’t expecting this kind of experience and was blown away. Thank you so much Pita Pit Rotorua!!
I went into Pita Pit tonight a young boy served me he was very quiet, no smile, felt very unwelcome, he didnt talk much. I just ordered my food with no question asked. I go to the salads and Acaylia made my experience 100% better she looked very tired but still spoke to me with a smile, asked me questions to make sure my order was right, i left with a smile, VERY exceptional service keep up the good work, will definitely be coming back. :)
I tried Pita pit for the first time in NZ. Great selection for veggies and vegan. But the surprise is definitely the lady who served me. She described menu very patiently and possessed the best customer services skills. Being a Hospitality professional myself, I certainly venerate people like hers. Good work
Thought we would stop in to have a salad, bit hesitant with pita pits, but!! Had the best service here by Tik, she was super welcoming, great chit chat, and was working super hard multitasking between 3 different orders. I work in hospo too so definitely appreciate great workers and Tik is definitely a superstar!
A roll, a wrap, a pocket. Is it really any different because of the shape of the bread? Nothing here stands out over other sandwich places. A cookie and a drink added to a pita pocket adds to almost $20. A bit too much for my liking. Food quality is good; portions align with the price. Regularly given vouchers but keep giving them away :). Free parking here, which helps if you want to get back on the road fast.

Very friendly and helpful guy behind the counter. Hubby enjoyed a lovely breakfast pita here, and me a great Chai Latte. We will definately pop in next time we go to Rotorua.
