Best burger joint in town hands down. Friendly service, prompt and the food is Devine. Great variety and cooked in fresh clean oil and kitchen. Never had any issues with orders and if I had they made it worth my while. Certainly a well deserved 5 stars from me. Great work guys 👍🏽

This must have been one of the best burgers of my life. I bought dinner for a small group and every single one was pointing out how surprised they were that the burgers were so yummy. I’m planning my next trip to rotorua specifically to get some dinner here again.

These burgers are wonderful, huge servings well worth the price, the fries are a must have. Well seasoned and flavourful, the burger itself was really juicy and full of flavour. Definitely worth the money and would definitely have again!

Spectacular burgers, very worth it for the price. Juicy, flavorful, and balanced. Loaded fries are a must as well. Onion rings are super crispy. Took about 15-20 minutes to prepare so keep that in mind; also eat it sooner rather than later because they can get soggy after a while.

Delicious spot! Owners were lovely, food was hot, fried food wasn't greasy and burgers were the good kind of juicy. Their kids cheeseburger meal is the perfect burger for picky kids but the quality is right up there.

A true Covid success story where out of the ashes of tourism shutdown, a small neighborhood business arose to serve those nearby. JP and his wife bought a small fried chicken storefront just 3 years ago and without doubt do make the Best Burgers in Town. Yes, it’s in a neighborhood and not downtown or even close to a tourist area of Rotorua but that only adds to the charm. Tidy little tables and chairs with outdoor seating plus being greeted like old friends or even family just makes everything cozy. Oh yeah, the burgers indeed are, The Best in Town but try JP’s Louisiana style fried chicken or one of the other delicious meals. Delivery by Uber Eats, ample parking even for caravans, pre-order for Takeaway pickup and EFTPOS accepted. JP’s on Jervis is conveniently located near the Stadium as well as the Rotorua Tennis Club. I had the monstrous BBQ double burger and she had the massive Cheeseburger Loaded Fries. Delish!! Fair priced

I wish I could give this place more stars, it was perfect in every way. We got the Holy Cluck (spicy chicken burger), Vegas (double beef), and the spicy chicken loaded fries. The burgers were the best size—brioche buns were light and soft, perfect ratio of fillings to sauce, and no grease with any of the meat!!! Loaded fries were great too, decent size for price. If you’re tossing up whether to come here we say: GO!

I like to think that I know where to find the best burgers in my town. The discovery of JP's on Jervis has forced a major rethink. From the hand made all beef patties to the fresh salad and range of matched sauces these burgers are the best I have found in all my travels around New Zealand. The prices ranging from $9 - $16 initially seem a little steep but after your first mouthful it will all be worth it. A burger was a meal by itself so next time I will try their range of loaded fries; can't wait.

Was in town for one day, had dinner last night and came back for lunch today. Best burgers I’ve ever eaten, I’ve been thinking about JPs special sauce all day, if it weren’t for my girlfriend I’d be driving back from Tauranga for dinner again tonight - had a double beef burger and a double chicken burger, both 10/10. If I ever visit Rotorua again it will be for the sole purpose of having some of that special sauce, I will pay good money for a bottle of that sauce, is this an option? P.S: I’ve never done a Google review but I just literally can’t stop thinking about the food
