What a really nice place to have lunch, welcomed, great service, lovely atmosphere (especially with the two different music styles playing at the same time), good kai. It was good to take a moment and reflect on those who sacrificed much to give us the freedom we have today. Extensive menu, selections for everyone. Drinks from the bar. Well worth the visit.

Wow! Just spent an amazing weekend in Russell and was treated to an amazing dinner at the Russell RSA! The food was amazing and the service impeccable. We enjoyed a few drinks and game of pool beforehand being looked after by the best bar staff! We will be back in Summer to enjoy the outdoor area. Back for breakfast and rugby this morning and the meal was superb and everyone I spoke to was very impressed with their meal at a very affordable price!!! Best thing is we were able to buy raffles and drop a few coins to support defence Veterans in the local area. Thanks Kororareka RSA ... we will definitely be back :)

We were surprised at how good the food was, Not your typical rsa menu. The salads were excellent. So good we are going back again tomorrow.

What a great place to pop in and have a drink and a bit to eat. The sign said visitors welcome and the certainly mean it. We were made very welcome by the bar tender and the chefs. A great place for food and a drink, thanks for your hospitality.

Amongst all the surrounding fine dining the RSA hosts a friendly group of staff that will serve you the same beer at half the price and an awesome, honest traditional dinner that doesn’t disappoint. Do stop in.

Cool haven, great company. This amenity is nicely back from the beach and just beyond 'main drag'. A quiet, spacious place to slow down, have a nice drink, some nibbles and chill time - alone ir with your group, or some local companionship. Full kitchen services Friday and Saturday only. A small, courteous, pleasant team will make you welcome, and will seek to meet your every simple need.

If you ever go to Russell I highly recommend you stop in at the RSA for a few cold ones and the food is so delicious, Ihad a steak meal for dinner and you wont be disappointed it was worth the money spend. The staff are friendly and very helpful and I will definately take my family there again

Great community place to have a drink, eat some food and even a boogie. RSA's all around the country need your support otherwise they will be lost for good and another part of the NZ historic heritage gone.

The food is amazing here. Definitely the best in town. I had the works burger and it was just stacked up. Struggled to eat all of it.

We were looked after perfectly by the locals and treated with fresh fish, chips and salad. Would recommend to those wanting a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
