Did an online order and was nice and hot and ready for me when I got there. Staff were very friendly and I was greeted upon arrival. Store was nice and clean, food hot and ready, and lovely staff. What not to love!

My most recent experience here was a great improvement on the one before. Huge shoutout to Kane for his amazing customer service in the evening, and for letting me know I had coupons from my account that I could use in-store! However still not quite 5 stars as I was advised to contact the Burgerfuel contact email regarding past issues and nobody ever actually wrote back to acknowledge my experience.

Ordered takeout from Silverdale. I have dietary restrictions and request the removal of specific ingredients. The order was not accurately followed leaving me unable to eat... On a positive note the ingredients and store atmosphere are top notch and the follow up from Burger Fuel in regard my complaint was excellent. I have since revisited the store and I noticed an immediate positive change. The staff member who served me confirmed my customised order upon handing to me. The food was absolutely delicious and on point. Hence I have updated my feedback. Well done!! and thank you.

Awesome burgers and if you sign up to their email list there are regular and pretty generous bonus deals. The venison burger on offer at the moment is something special and although not cheap is worth every cent. Sides are generally very good and we never seem to be able to leave without a chocolate thick shake. Only minor negative is that the music can be a bit loud, but then I'm not 19 any more.

Always a pleasure going into my local Burgerfuel, the staff are always happy and accommodating, the food's great and the tunes are banging.

I just went in tonight. Such good service I wanted to write a review. I believe her name was Caitlin, she had great service skills. Really friendly and it made our night. Despite what looked to be a really small crew with a lot of customers our burgers came out fast and overall really good service.

Very clean and also friendly staff. A grade rating. Burgers were sooo fresh and yummy.

Burgers and fries were great. One star off for cleanliness. Every single table was filthy, flies were all over the restaurant and the fry area behind the cash register had a lot of debris under it! Good meal if you don’t mind eating in filth.

The team are amped to get your order out ASAP and they’re always friendly and polite! My go to for a quick and tasty meal… Bravo 👌🏽

Always a great burger. Spud fries are a bit of a rip off in my opinion. I do like the motobites.

Didn’t have “catch of the day” in stock. Server wasn’t helpful either when we asked her to check the other location. Doesn’t sound like outlet was prepared for a busy Friday night.

if you want to wait 45 minutes for an order and het served by young inexperienced staff get your order wrong constantly and have over cooked soggy burgers then go to silverdale burger fuel a fantastic experience

We come here occasionally and I find it a bit expensive by the time we order for the whole family.<br/>Being Father's Day, it was Dad's choice to have Burger Fuel. Thought I would order online and pop in quickly to pick up.<br/>The service was friendly, but took longer than expected.<br/>I ordered around 5:30 and the website indicated that the order would be ready at 5:50, but after I arrived, it was another 10min wait.<br/>The food was upto the usual good standard and price at $47:50 for two adults and two children.

Been there once. Good burger. Good service. No real complaints. We orders the CnCheese and Bastard. It was quite busy but we got our meals in good timing.

I can't find anything nice to say about my one and only visit here. Service was very slow and the staff seemed disorganised. Our food came out after 50 minutes, after we'd mentioned that other customers who placed their orders after us had already received their food. Food wasn't great, I'm not sure how it tasted so different to other burgerfuel branches when the same ingredients are used. We had an unsettled 1 year old with us, we didn't bring snacks or water bottle with us as it was meant to be a quick stop in to collect our food. 30 minutes after ordering we asked for a cup of water for our son but we're told there were no cups available. Our only option was to buy a bottle of water. When we complained about the wait and the awful food we were told they couldn't do anything about it. They finally agreed to reimburse us for a bottle of water, ONLY. Never ever will we return to this branch. Such a disappointment to the BF franchise.

being someone that doesn't eat red meat, i always eliminate the bacon from my burgers... unfortunately, it is a common mistake for burger joints to forget this and i end up at home on the couch disappointed when i open my burger to find a big piece of bacon... that's it! night ruined! HOWEVER... when i rung burgerfuel silverdale and explained how gutted i was, they were apologetic, and actually made the effort to deliver me a new burger (without the bacon) free to my doorstep. Seriously impressed with the customer service as I know this is not something they have to do. these guys went above and beyond to rescue me from my burger sadness! thanks burger fuel!

Great Service. They were busy but we had our meal within 15 minutes. The Chook Royale burger had lovely tender chicken with pineapple, relish, lettuce & Aoli. The salad was a piece of lettuce. Tomato or beetroot would have made it better. I got the smaller burger as I wanted to try the kumura chips as well. They were below average. There was broken overcooked chip ends in the bottom of the packet and the chips were quite dry. The aioli dip made them just bearable and I was hungry. My companion had the Bastard Burger with beef pattie & bacon which he enjoyed saying it was just OK. He also ordered the Motobites which were nice with the aioli. We may go back again on a less busier night and I will update this review if its better.<br/><br/>UPDATE<br/>Not happy they are serving shredded lettuce in the burgers since the price of lettuce went up. The lettuce in my burger was hard to find. As there are plenty of lettuces in the vege shops now, I asked why we have to pay the same price for burgers with less in them. The answer I got was that their lettuces come from Australia. Whaaaaaat. this is their excuse to disappoint customers. NOT GOOD  ENUF Burgerfuel Silverdale. get your act together !!!!<br/>Apparently the lettuce in their burgers won't return to normal for another 5-6 weeks. We won't be going back there for a while then..................................

Busy spot..ordered the american muscle special burger,bacon backfire chicken burger,chips and chop shop chicken.<br/>Lets get it straight from start, burger fuel is way to expensive! That said,Il move on....i consider myself to be somewhat of an expert on all things pie like and burgery,so when I say that my special burger (American muscle) was damn good, it is!<br/>Wow sensational, couldn't keep my face out of it, right up there with the best...as for chicken burger pffft, pale in comparison, that had to much sauce and lettuce and expected more chicken, also the chop shop chicken was over cooked and dry,also didn't get hot sauce,they'd ran out.<br/>Good service, horrific prices, great special burger, will go back

Ordered a Biofuel burger. Looked great. However they mixed my order up with someone elses. That someone else ordered a customised Biofuel with peanut sauce. I am allergic to peanuts. Thanks Burger Fuel for that. They also denied it and claimed minor cross-contamination, but I could tell it was way too much for that, and I worked it out when I saw "Customised" written on my burger. These guys do a lot of peanut stuff and anyone with a peanut allergy should stay well clear of the whole place.<br/> <br/><br/>*Update* Liam, I sent an email to info@burgerfuel.co.nz last week with my email address asking them to pass it to you but I haven't heard anything back. I will update this if I ever hear back.

Amazing food! Free range chicken and grass fed beef shows just how big a difference in quality and taste there can be! More pricey but more of a meal! Big portions and great service, defiantly my favourite place to grab take outs

We came here the other night after not having been for quite a long time and were very impressed. I had the V twin vege on a gluten free bun and I had to check the bag as the bun really tasted like a normal bun. My husband also mentioned that they asked if I had an allergy (I don't just intolerant ) as they have an area away from gluten containing products to make the burgers for these people. My husband had some sort of beef burger which he enjoyed and our kids had a kids meal each which I tried the chicken tenders and they really were delicious. The staff were really nice with one of the female staff members even playing a game of peek-a-boo with our almost two year old. Will be back again when we need a quick meal.

Had a delicious burnout burger with a milkshake. The burger was drenched in a delicious combination of sauce and the milk shake was a strawberry concoction of goodness. I will be returning.

My work mate and I have been here half a dozen times over the past six or so months as we come down for work approx 1x a month and go for a treat for lunch.  Went there yesterday for the first time this year despite many a stuffed up order in the past... should not have bothered.  <br/><br/>Don't get me wrong, the burgers were well made, although missing ingredients ie aioli and having other ingredients ie relish on that we'd ask to be left off.  We had ordered extra aioli punnets to go with the chips and paid the 70c each for an extra punnet, but NO extra aioli was provided.  This has happened with almost EVERY order over the past 6 months.  Is it really that hard to get right?  I spoke to the manager mid last year about this and he assured me a change... what a joke, sent me vouchers for free fries that never arrived etc.  Seriously, IT'S NOT THAT HARD Burgerfuel - PICK UP YOUR GAME!!!

I went to this place as the banner was enticing and quickly drew my attention. I ordered the ring burner and was immensely impressed with the burger! It had everything I could ever want and didn't feel cheap like 2 other well known fast food outlets! The burger was so delicious I actually took my time eating it and when I finished it I had to fight the urge to walk up and ask for the same again! I was traveling around New Zealand and I check every location to see if they have a chain there!<br/>Please expand your operation to Europe soon, you will have so much business.<br/>From an Irish tourist visiting NZ.
