Lovely meal had here with my partner, The staff greeted us the moment we walked in and are very friendly, The food was fresh and tasted amazing!!! We will be back for sure

First time to a Nando's ever (I am embarrassed to say). Overall the food tasted nice. The atmosphere was lacking but I put this down to the local business impacts of COVID 19. The only criticism was the lack of friendliness (not grumpiness) with the manager. I was a bit surprised by the fact we had to order at the counter but hey my first time. The food was good - no complaints. But not varied enough to motivate me to revisit to try other items on the menu.

*This review is ONLY for Nandos in Silverdale, not any other location* Nandos is in my top three favorite restaurants I've ever ordered food from in my life. Their food is consistently good and the people are really friendly. If you're looking for some great tasting food, I definitely recommend this location.

Really great food, best Nandos I think I've ever had. Friendly and helpful staff. After we sat down we forgot to get cutlery or sauces and one of staff noticed this and then offered to get it for us. Normally at Nandos the service and staff can feel a little cold but not this one.

I felt as if I was eating at home. The food was perfect, some of the best nandos I've had. Service was quick, food was cooked to perfection and we were asked if we needed anything twice. Greeted with a smile and the same when we left :) We will be back! AAA+++

Best Nandos in the City of Sails. Really tasty hot fresh chicken and the staff make you feel like you've gone to their own home they're that awesome. Been here countless times and its always been consistently tasty, friendly, and fresh. Amazing shop.

This is the perfect example of how to run a food place. The restaurant is always emasculate and the service is amazing. They always have what ever you order and it’s quick and super friendly. We are sadly moving to albany and I will probably drive back to Silverdale just because they are so much better than the Albany restaurant.

This nandos is a great takeaway restaurant. The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming. The food is always prepared hot and fresh. The owners here have won franchise of the year and it's easy to understand why. Definitly a great addition to the coasts eateries. There is usually ample parking which is always a bonus.

The service is top notched! They always go out of their way to make sure that you have got the right order, feel comfotable and your money is well spend. They always tell us what's in our take away order. Very pleasant matured lady who always make my kids feel so amazed at her kindness and caring service, my kids always say "mum she is soo nice, she's always nice". This is the only restaurant that my kids give compliments for food and service and that means a lot to me. We will continue to use this fast food restaurant.

I normally don’t write reviews but the staff at Nandos silverdale are always friendly. I’ve met the owners many times and they always have a smile on their face and are willing to chat. The food is always cooked well and seasoned perfectly

Fantastic customer service, perfectly grilled chicken. As someone who has eaten at many Nando's I can honestly say this is the best Nando's restaurant I have experienced. The staff and the customer services brilliant, the restaurant and bathrooms are spotless. Highly recommended.

Just came here with my partner for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, who was very attentive and polite. Not only did all the staff provide excellent service, but the food was also delicious and delivered within 5 minutes of ordering. We will certainly be back here again soon! 10/10. thanks to everyone at nandos silverdale!

Amazing local team

This nando's is definitely the best I've been to in Auckland, the food is great and the service is amazing!!! I can't say I often go into a restaurant where everyone is happy to be working there and remember who you are and make you feel so welcome, an absolute must visit.

Staff are probably the best people I’ve been served by ever, so lovely! Food is sooo good and wait time was less than 15mins. Chicken was cooked perfectly! So so good! (:

Fantastic quick stop at nandos because I’m feeling just straight hangry, two things I love came together some dammm good chicken and halloumi cheese wrapped in a burger together it’s frankly out the gate and the service is too. The husband and wife duo really make this place shine and the place is the cleanest nandos I have ever seen. Will be back for sure!

This is one of the best nandos in auckland. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. Wait times are short, recommend this place for your next lunch.

I am a nandos pro and this store by far is the best store ever! The service you receive is exceptional, first time ever I’ve been to nandos and someone has asked me how my meal was during my experience!! I was left shocked cause the lady at the counter was fricken amazing! Food was just as good!! We originally went to go to burgerfuel next door but glad we changed our minds!

Friendly staff who go above and beyond expectations. Food is always hot right off the grill, super tasty and exactly what you'd expect. Extremely clean and tidy, you can tell the staff take pride in what they do.

Greatest nandos ever great food lovely people and just a great place to eat but unhappy to hear that some people don’t know what the difference between garnish and a salad is looking at you sarah parks

Tonight me and my partner went to this Nando's for the first time. We had high expectations, only to have them slashed after we received our orders. Very tiny portions for the price we paid. We expected to get a meal but were served what resembled off cuts of chicken and a soggy leaf of lettuce as our salad. Not impressed, will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

This is the absolute best Nando's hands down.  You will never find better food or service at any of the other franchises around Auckland - we drive all the way from West Auckland to eat here! The owners are the loveliest people you'll ever meet, they always greet you with a smile and your order is cooked to perfection every time.  We cannot recommend them or their restaurant highly enough.

I lost my nandos virginity last night. We decided to go to nandos for dinner last night and was not disappointed, I ordered the BBQ wings and peri peri fries, the fries didn't lack seasoning but not a fan of how they just dump a huge pile on top would taste better if they had shaken the chips with it, my chicken tasted exactly as stated barbecued, the wings were a generous size and so was a regular bowl of chips. Messy meal but over tasty. This is also the cleanest food joint I've ever been in, the staff were all lovely and helpful and our meals only took ten minutes to come out on a busy night. Overall enjoyable experience.

In the area, so decided to stop at Nandos for lunch.<br/>Restaurant was well laid out with both tables & booths & was very clean.<br/>Service was exceptional from the order at the front counter (the manager?) through to the person who delivered the food to the manager (?) who then checked if the food was okay. Really friendly helpful & genuine - much better than other Nandos I've visited.<br/>Food was great - chicken well cooked but still nice & juicy. Chips perfectly cooked too - crispy but still fluffy on the inside.<br/>I hope they do well in this new area.

For a fast food eatery I find to food good & tasty, the premise is very clean the service is friendly it's got a good feel. The music is also good overall it's a great place...

We regularly get take away and sometimes eat in. The price for takeaway is slightly higher than other places but the service and food at this Nando's is consistently good.

I'm so weary of chicken places, #food poisoning.but I can honestly say, was pleased buy my feed here.the food was tasty and tender....ribs were Moorish,love that bbq taste. Chips are great, cooked well, next time I'm going to grow a pair and go for the hot chicken,also try some other things.if any moan, it would be price..but hey who isn't moaning about spending money these days right. ..good service handy spot, will go back.

The best Nandos in our opinion. Nice people. Top notch quality of chicken and base. This is my regular place for dinner, i can say very seldom got 'not so good' ones, but very often got 'very yummy' ones.

The best Nando's in NZ. We used to come here almost every weekend and we have never had a bad meal/experience. The manager was always there and he was so kind and friendly! Food always came out quick and it was cooked perfectly (never had a dry or undercooked chicken like in other Nando's restos). The place is neat and tidy and the condiments/sauces were always readily available. They have excellent service, the manager ALWAYS checks up on us if everything was alright. They honestly have the best customer service!

Great fast service. Yummy meal with ingredients that seemed very fresh. Will definitely be back. My only concern was the tables were quite sticky. Otherwise good all round!

With nandos you don't know what to expect when you go to different stores. The quality is quite in consistent across stores. However this one in silver dale has exceptional service and the best quality food you can get at any nandos. I travel great distance even though there are stores closer to my home just so I consistently get the best quality quantity and Taste every time I visit
