I use the drive through service, received my order soon after payment. Very quick service!

The drive through lady working at 1215pm 11 july customer service was exceptional 👌 best drive through fast food service I've ever received.

Plenty of staff on duty Friday night... Fast Food...

If you had a staff member interested in cleaning tables... and emptying rubbish bins that would be healthy.

Nice and clean store, the young lady that served me was nice and polite and even though a trainee did a great job. My order was processed very quickly, it was fresh and hot and I left the store well satisfied. It is a pity that there is no Burger King in Kaitaia.

Got an early breakfast here on our way out of town last week. Food as expected tasty and no hassles. Lots of indoor dining. Clean and neat .

First time I've ever been here this morning and was the shittiest service I've ever received and I've worked at BK! I came in about half an hour ago. Was waiting in line for about 5-10mins which isn't a problem. The lad ahead of me ordered his meal, and I continued to wait. Come time to take my order I got through the first part of my order (coupon 7) and then a customer came along asking for sugar. Now my problem is, when you are dealing with a customer already, you do NOT skip the boat and go ahead and serve someone else. My knowledge of customer service (having worked in the industry for many years) is that you politely advise your customer that you will be with them shortly (even if it's only for sugar!) and continue to serve your current customer. Looks like your staff need abit of training in that field! Thanks to the poor service and shit start to my morning I walked off and took my money to Road Runners Café!
