Review La France Authentic French Bakery - Silverdale

Look, they’re a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and once you’ve tasted their delicious breads, pastries and Christmas mince pies you’ll want to return again and again. I live out of town and make a special trip when I’m in the area, coffee is also very good. Service is fabulous and you’re made to feel very special. They also have a range of delicious mustards, jams and pates. Highly recommended

Tried their eclairs and coffee. It was worthy of the money. I mean with that good quality, a bit pricey is not the problem compare to the effort and the taste and diverse in firmness of their pastry. Can't even smell the raw flour. Also almond croissants and lemon meringue are my total favorites. Good bakery for a good day out.

Strawberry tart is amazing. Every time I visit Auckland from Russell I go there. You get what you pay for & well worth the extra few dollars

Very friendly service and yummy bakery goods! We ordered from these La France authentic bakery for our wedding and the way they handled our needs was very professional. They turned up on time for our post wedding brunch and even gave us a little wedding gift. Their baked goods were spot on and was enjoyed by literally everyone. Thank you!

Great coffee and fresh pastries, so satisfying for a quick morning grab. A nice mom and pop bakery, both owners are so friendly and chatty. Would definitely come back again!

One of the best coffee at Silverdale. Highly recommend. Latte and Almond croissant are my favorite.

Mmm nothing like a coffee & baked custard pie from La France to brighten my day. We even bought a whole Custard pie & also a whole Lemon Meringue for Christmas day 2022 just ordered a couple of weeks before and picked them up Christmas Eve day, so so worth it.

My family always buy their delicious baguettes as a must-have when people are over. The staff were very kind and let me use their phone and sit in the cafe when my keys got locked in my car and I was waiting for a spare, offering water and a hot chocolate. Thank you 😊

We LOVE this place! They sell authentic French pastries and breads that are incredible! We have purchased their coffee combo with a really good deal. The croissants are out of this world and the coffee taste delicous. This is the place I've always wanted to have close to my home Wonderful staff, amazing customer service , Clean and tidy Place , Highly Recommend .

Best pain au chocolat ever. The coffee always spot on and the baguettes are our most favourite lunch option. Friendly owners and exceptional food.
