Review Shakee Pear Cafe - Stratford

Lovely little place to stop for lunch on our way to N.P. there was a great selection of cabinet food as well as an all day menu. The counter and waiting staff were very polite and attentive. We will absolutely be back on our next trip north.

Always a great Cafe to stop into and have a feed. Service is always great staff have a smile on their faces. Food is top notch. Can't go wrong stopping in here.

Decent coffee, good biscotti, and sausage roll was pretty yum! Quiet atmosphere, antique singer sewing machine tables, average prices. Waited ages for sausage rolls, but likely just a small oversight.

Amazing food, with large portion sizes. It was beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and the decor has been done in theme with the a-pear-ance. I had coffee and a beautiful apricot tart. It was one of the best I have ever tasted.

The food looks and tastes amazing for a little Cafe a must stop when passing thru Stratford taranaki and the coffee is a must!!

Had the pleasure of trying the eggs Benedict for the first time in my life (shameful I know)🤣....it was absolutely perfect❤️, as was the top service and conversation I received at the front counter, will definitely recommend and be coming back for round two👌😍

Large selection of food cabinet and menu. Nice price range. Friendly staff. Heaps of parking. Playground for kids. Room for events.
