The guy with glasses and a poorly left hand (maybe Spanish?) was very friendly and helpful!! Thanks for helping me with my gift card! I've ordered a gingerbread latte (which his colleague made-it was lovely) with Oat milk. He confirmed with me if I wanted normal or Vegan wipped cream, which was very much appreciated!! The ppl at Westfield-kiosk should learn from him!! I've also got x1 Red and x1 Golden-Star reusable cups and He made sure I wasn't overcharged as he could not find the code on the till at first. Thank you guys :)

Amazing staff!!! I was served by a lovely lady named Heaven who gave a recommendation because she saw i was puzzled and it’s now my new go to. Soy iced matcha latte with white mocha.

It was very peaceful, inviting and the coffee was very fresh and rich tasting.

The manager is well known in Stratford. He's friendly always say Hello whenever I'm around at his shop.

Had ordered a eggnog latte to try it, but was misheard and was given a oat latte by mistake. My friend I was with addressed this to them and they had made me another drink that I requested. I could tell one of the colleagues we’re getting frustrated, but we were making it more complicated than needed so that was understandable. They were however professional thought out the situation and gave good service.

I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews but i'm glad i did. Everyone is really friendly and the starbucks itself is clean and a great place to work. The coffee was also super strong and flavourful!!
