Excellent food, great service. The buttered chicken was pretty good, but would probably try the ribs next time. Good feedback on the garlic prawns as a main. Also the fish of the day was good. Nice selection of desserts and some good beer options.
Lovely setting. Staff good. Enjoyed the food. A bit on the expensive side but they are very generous with the meat. Wheelchair friendly. Outside seating if desired.
Amazing .... delicious food presented with care. Fair portion sizes. And a friendly resident cat.
Quirky café/bar, with a beautiful front yard. I very much enjoyed their falafel, beetroot and feta salad 👍
Amazing service, great food Hubby loved his Whitebait
Comfy sofas, nice ambience, great tea variety & delicious carrot cake. Service excellent.
We both had the Thursday special, a $20 rib eye steak (medium rare) with fries & fried eggs. Chef did a great job of cooking the steaks just right. We also had the steamed veges as a side, one side is plenty for 2 people, good medley of veges. Friendly service. Tables cleaned down properly between d
Good food, decent beer selection, recommended
This was the best meal I have ever eaten. Massive 400g sirloin steak rare cooked to perfection. Wife had the blue nose - thick cut but exquisitely & consistently cooked. Very big servings, cooked perfectly with so much flavor, no condiments were needed. Perfect.
Adequate chips, solid beer, friendly service, premium but not criminal prices.
Fab staff food was delicious
Great food, a little expensive, but gluten free options are reliable to celiacs. Some trendy and locally made craft beer and alcohol available. Good social atmosphere, especially on Thursday nights.
Went for lunch when we saw the 'whitebait fritters' sign outside..delicious and served with a great green salad and fries, $27. Maybe a tad expensive for lunch but a large dinner size meal, we were full afterwards. Good service, friendly staff.
We had an excellent meal here. I had the medium portion of sticky ribs (which was very generous) & were absolutely gorgeous; my husband had a main course creamy garlic prawns, again excellent.
